\n1 ausgewallter Blaetterteig von ca 25×40 cm
\n100 g Frischkaese
\nein paar frische Kraeter nach Wunsch, zB. Petersilie und Basilikum, oder Fruehlingszwiebeln
\n1-2 Zucchini
\nSalz und Pfeffer
\nPaprika
\n1 Eigelb<\/p>\n
\nDie Zucchini mit einem Spahrschaehler in duenne Scheiben schneiden. Diese nun auf dem Teig verteilen. Die Kraeuter hacken und darueber streuen und alles wuerzen. Den Teig von der langen Seite her aufrollen und leicht zusammen druecken.
\nNun von einer Seite her alle ca 2-3 cm einen Einschnitt von ca 2\/3 der Rollendicke machen. Nun jedes zweite Teil nach hinten klappen, so dass die Rolleninnenteile sichtbar sind. Mit dem Eigelb bestreichen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 30-40 Minuten backen.
\n\u200bDie Zucchinirolle kann warm oder kalt serviert werden.<\/p>\n
\n1 ready rolled out Puff Pastry of approx. 25×40 cm<\/em>
\n100 g Cream Cheese<\/em>
\na few Herbs to taste, like Parsley and Basil, or Spring-onion<\/em>
\n1-2 Zucchini<\/em>
\nSalt and Pepper<\/em>
\nPaprika<\/em>
\n1 Egg-yolk<\/em><\/p>\n
\nWith a peeler cut thin slices from the zucchini. spread them onto the pastry. Chop some herbs and sprinkle them onto the zucchini. Season it well. <\/em>Now roll up the pastry from the long side and push it slightly together. <\/em>
\nMake 2\/3 cuts all along the roll approx 2-3 cm apart, then fold every second part over, so you can see the inside of the roll. <\/em>
\nBrush the roll with the egg-yolk. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30-40 minutes. <\/em>
