Es gehoert heute einfach zur modernen Kueche. Es kann nicht nur auf Pasta benuetzt werden, ich brauche es auch in Marinaden, Salatsaucen, als Belag auf Tartes, in Blaetterteiggebaeck und so weiter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich erinnere mich an das erste Mal, als ich als junges Maedchen Pesto Spaghetti hatte. Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden und wir machten aus, dass wir alle oder keiner Pesto essen muessen, damit keiner so stinkt fuer die anderen, dass er ausgestossen wird. Damals war Pesto nur etwas, was die Italiener kannten, in noerdlicheren Laendern kannte das keiner.&nbsp;Das zeigt mir, wie alt ich geworden bin&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Everyone knows Pesto nowadays! It belongs to the modern kitchen now. It cannot just be used in Pasta dishes, I also use it as a marinade, or into salad dressings, as topping on pies and in puff pastry.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I remember, when I had Pesto for the first time. I was a young girl and out with friends. We decided, we either all eat pesto or&nbsp; nobody, because of the bad breath. At that time Pesto was not known all over the world like today, but only in some regions in Italy. That shows me how old I am&#8230;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2394 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/pestoo1-1024x751.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"751\"><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Basilikum Pesto<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 Bund Basilikum<br \/>\n4 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n30 g geriebenen Parmesan<br \/>\n20 g Pinienkerne<br \/>\n120 ml Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten in einen Blender geben und puerieren.&nbsp;Man kann das Pesto auch im Moerser machen.<br \/>\nIn saubere Glaeser abfuellen, mit einer Schicht Olivenoel bedecken und gut verschliessen.<br \/>\nPesto ist 3 Monate haltbar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Tomaten Pesto<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/2 Bund Basilikumbl\u00e4tter<br \/>\n4 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n1 Glas getrocknete Tomaten mit dem Oel<br \/>\n50 g Parmesan gerieben<br \/>\nca 100 ml Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten in ein Mixglas geben, oder in eine hohe Sch\u00fcssel und mit dem P\u00fcrierstab des Mixers p\u00fcrieren.<br \/>\nPesto ist 3 Monate haltbar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Basil Pesto<\/em><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>2 Bunches of Basil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Pine Nuts<\/em><br \/>\n<em>120 ml Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put all ingredients into the blender and puree.
