Ich habe meine Mayonnaise immer schon auf die Schnelle gemacht, denn ich habe einfach nicht immer die Zeit (oder Geduld), langsam die Mayo anzuruehren. Es hat bis jetzt noch immer geklappt.&nbsp;Versucht es doch auch einmal, es ist ganz einfach! Frische Mayonnaise schmeckt einfach so viel besser als die Gekaufte!<br \/>\nDie Farbe der Mayonnaise sollte hell sein, den durch die Beimischung des Oeles wird das Ei hell, aber wenn das Dotter richtig dunkel ist, wird auch die Mayo etwas gelber. Ich finde das halt echt schoen, dass sie nicht jedesmal genau gleich aussieht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fresh Mayonnaise is a MUST with asparagus! I always made my mayonnaise in a very quick way. I just sometimes don&#8217;t find the time (and&nbsp;patience) to slowly whisk a mayo together. And until now it always worked! Why don&#8217;t you try it out! Fresh mayonnaise is so much better than the store bought one!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Mayonnaise should be light in color, as by adding the oil the egg turns whitish. But if the egg-yolk is very dark, the mayo might be yellowish. I love the fact, that homemade mayo doesn\u2019t turn out the same color every time!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2371 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sp6-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer eine Portion:<br \/>\n1 Ei<br \/>\n1 EL Wasser<br \/>\n1 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>\n1 TL Senf<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nca 150-200 ml Sonnenblumenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten bis auf das Oel in einen Blender geben und kurz anblenden. Dann waehrend der Blender laeuft, das Oel in einem duennen &#8220;Faden&#8221; einrieseln lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Mayonnaise ist fertig, wenn sie schoen eingedickt ist.<br \/>\nDie Mayonnaise ist ca 5 Tage im Kuehlschrank haltbar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For one Portion:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Water<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Mustard<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>approx 150-200 ml Sunflower Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put all ingredients, except the oil, into a blender and blend together.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Let the blender go on working and let the oil in in a slow&nbsp;drizzle. Season with salt and pepper.
