Wir haben sie als Chips mit dem Broccoli-Kartoffelbrei benuetzt, als waere der Brei ein Dip&#8230;. yummy!!! Es hat uns unglaublich gut geschmeckt!<br \/>\nIch kann es nur empfehlen! I served it with a broccoli-potato mash. I still had two whole-wheat tortillas&nbsp;and so I made chips out of them. We used them with the mixed mash, just like a dip&#8230; it was so yummy!! We loved it so much! I can really recommend it! A perfect Sunday meal!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2353 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/kab17-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n1 kleiner Kalbsbraten, gerollt und gebunden von ca 500 g<br \/>\n1 Zweig Rosmarin<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n1 TL Italienische Kraeuter<br \/>\n2 EL Olivenoel<br \/>\n1 gelbe Pepperoni<br \/>\n1 Karotte<br \/>\n8 gruene Oliven<br \/>\n1 rote Zwiebel<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n1 TL italienische Kraeuter<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\n\u200b100 ml Weisswein<br \/>\n1 Bund Petersilie<br \/>\n2 Vollkorn-Tortillas<br \/>\n1 grosse Broccoli<br \/>\n2 grosse Kartoffeln, geschaehlt<br \/>\n20 g geriebener Parmesan<br \/>\n40 g Butter<br \/>\n100 ml heisse Milch<br \/>\nMuskatnuss<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Einen Rosmarinzweig unter die Bindung des Kalbsbratens schieben. Den Rollbraten wuerzen und im heissen Oel auf allen Seiten gut anbraten, dann zur Seite geben. Die Pepperoni und die Zwiebel&nbsp;in duenne Streifen schneiden, den Knoblauch hacken, die Oliven in Scheiben schneiden und die Karotte reiben. Dieses Gemuese im heissen Oel des Bratens anbraten, gut wuerzen. Dann mit dem Weisswein abloeschen. Alles in eine gefettete Gratinform geben und den Braten obenauf legen. Im Ofen bei 150 C Grad 60-70 Minuten braten. Kurz vor Schluss die gehackte Petersilie darueber streuen.<br \/>\nUnterdessen die Kartoffeln und den Broccoli ganz weich kochen, dann zerstampfen. Den Reibkaese dazu geben und mit der heissen Milch mischen. Die Butter, Salz und Muskatnuss dazu mischen.<br \/>\nDie Vollkorn-Tortillas mit einem scharfen Messer in Kuchenstuecke schneiden und auf ein Backblech legen. Cirka 5-7 Minuten im heissen Ofen knusprig backen.<br \/>\nAlles auf Tellern anrichten und servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small Veal Roast, rolled and tied of approx. 500 g<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 twig Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 yellow Pepperoni<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Carrot<\/em><br \/>\n<em>8 green Olives<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 red Onion<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u200b100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Whole-wheat Tortillas<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 big Broccoli<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 big Potatoes, peeled<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br \/>\n<em>40 g Butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml hot Milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Nutmeg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Push a rosemary twig under the binding of the roast.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Season the roast and fry all around in the hot oil, put aside.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Cut the pepperoni and onion into thin slices, chop the garlic, slice the olives and grate the carrot. Add them to the frying oil of the roast, season well and fry for a little while. Pour the white wine into the vegetable.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Pour the vegetable into a greased gratin dish and put the roast on top.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Roast in the oven at 150 C for 60-70 minutes. Add some chopped parsley at the end.&nbsp;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Meanwhile boil the peeled potatoes and the broccoli until really soft, then mash them. Add the grated cheese and mix. Then add the butter, salt and nutmeg.&nbsp;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Cut the whole-wheat tortillas into cake slices and spread them onto a baking tray.
