Schon lange wollte ich mal Schokoriegel machen, ich hatte viele Ideen. Also habe ich mich ans Werk gesetzt, und diese Schokoladeriegel mit Mandeln und Kokosnuss gemacht.
In der Schweiz gibt es Schokoriegel, die mit Haselnuessen gef\u00fcllt sind, sie heissen Ragusa. In meiner Kindheit gabs die hin und wieder. Ich bin kein grosser Schokoladefan, aber ich fand immer, die sehen richtig sch\u00f6n aus. Sie sind nicht rund und ganz rum mit Schokolade bedeckt, sondern quadratisch geschnitten. In kleine St\u00fccke geschnitten sahen dann meine Schokoriegel auch wirklich sch\u00f6n aus. Ich ben\u00fctzte aber Mandeln und Kokosnuss. Ein Schokoholic kann ihnen nicht wiederstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always wanted to make my own chocolate bars, it’s not hard to do. These chocolate bars are influenced by some bars we used to get in my childhood. Ragusa was their name and they were filled with hazelnuts. I don’t particularly love chocolate, but I thought, they look nice and are a bit different than the ones you usually can buy. I filled mine with almonds and coconut and they turned out really nice and delicious. Make your own chocolate bar, it’s really easy. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Schokoladeriegel<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Fuer ca 12-15 kleine Riegel:
150 g Vollmilch- oder Schwarze Schokolade (oder gemischt)
50 ml Sahne
140 g ganze Mandeln
50 g Kokosflocken
2 Backoblaten ca 18\/14 cm
100 g weisse Kuvertuere oder dunkle (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Sahne mit der Schokolade ueber dem Wasserbad schmelzen, danach die Mandeln und Kokosflocken zugeben. Beides sehr gut mischen. Im Kuehlschrank auskuehlen lassen, jedoch darauf achten, dass es nicht hart wird.
Sobald die Masse kuehl ist, auf eine Backoblate streichen, glatt streichen und mit einer 2. Oblate bedecken. Leicht zusammendruecken. Die Seiten glattstreichen und diese Platte nun im Kuhlschrank ganz durchkuehlen lassen. Ich habe ein Buch darauf gelegt und sie ueber Nacht im Kuehlschrank gelassen. Die Platte erst in Streifen und dann kleinere Riegel schneiden.
Die Kuvertuere im Wasserbad schmelzen und die Riegel auf einer Seite oder ganz eintunken. Auf Backpapier auskuehlen lassen. Kuehl aufbewahren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 12-15 pieces you need:<\/em>
150 g Milk Chocolate or dark one (or a mix)<\/em>
50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em>
140 g whole Almonds<\/em>
50 g Coconut Flakes<\/em>
2 eatable Wafers 14\/18 cm<\/em>
100 g white Chocolate Couverture (I used 90 g white Chocolate and 10 g Vegetable Shortening)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melt the chocolate with the cream in a Bain Mary. Then add the nuts and coconut flakes. Mix well. Put it into the fridge until it has cooled but is not hard.<\/em>
Spread it onto one eatable wafer, spread evenly and cover with the second. I weighed it down with a book. Let cool it completely in the fridge. I left it over night. <\/em>
Then cut stripes and from these small pieces. Melt some couverture and dip one end or all of the bar. Let that cool again on some baking paper. Refrigerate until served. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
