So hatte ich die Idee, einmal Gnocchi daraus zu machen, violet ist schliesslich eine schoene Farbe. Das sind meine Violette Suesskartoffel Gnocchi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In den 70er Jahren, als ich noch ein Teenager war, war die Farbkombination violet \u2013 orange sehr aktuell. Ich fand sie schrecklich! Fuer mich sind das zwei schreiende Farben, die nicht zusammen passen. Und was mache ich??? Ich stelle eine Speise her, in genau dieser Farbkombination! Ich tippe mir selber an den Kopf! Aber es hat trotzdem gut geschmeckt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Sweet potatoes are well known for their bright orange color. But you can also find them in a beautiful violet. I bought some imported ones from Japan. I made Gnocchi with them.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>In the 70<sup>th<\/sup>, when I was a teenager, the color combination violet \u2013 orange was very popular. I hated it! I think those two colors are horrible if combined; loud and ugly. And what do I do??? I make a dish with those colors! Am I going crazy? But still, it was delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/vio13-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Violette Suesskartoffel Gnocchi\" class=\"wp-image-2285\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br>400 g Suesskartoffeln<br>1 Ei<br>20 g Parmesan, gerieben<br>100 g Dinkelmehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Sauce:<br>300 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">Tomaten Sauce nach diesem Rezept<\/a><br>100 g Speckwuerfel<br>2 Knoblauchzehen<br>100 g Saure Sahne<br>Etwas gehackten Basilikum<br>Etwas Chili Pulver<br>Rosmarin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Suesskartoffeln einstechen und auf ein Backblech legen. Ich habe meine so geschnitten, dass sie alle ca die selbe Groesse hatten. 45 Minuten bei 200 C Grad roesten, bis sie weich sind. Leicht auskuehlen lassen.<br>Das Fleisch der Suesskartoffeln mit einem Loeffel auskratzen und mit einer Gabel zu Brei zerdruecken. Dann mit allen restlichen Zutaten verkneten, bis es ein nicht zu klebriger Teig entsteht. Aus dem Teig Fingerdicke Rollen formen und in kleine Stuecke schneiden. Ich habe die Stuecke nicht ueber das traditionelle Gnocchibrettchen gerollt, sondern mit dem Fleischklopfer leicht flach gedrueckt. So sehen sie fuer einmal etwas anders aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer die Sauce den Knoblauch hacken und mit den Speckwuerfeln in einem Topf weich braten. Die Tomatensauce dazu giessen und 10 Minuten koecheln lassen. Die Saure Sahne zugeben, den Basilikum dazu geben, mischen und gut nachwuerzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Unterdessen die Gnocchi in gesalzenes, kochendes Wasser geben und erst abschoepfen, wenn sie oben auf schwimmen. Die Gnocchi in die Sauce geben und sevieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<br><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>400 g Sweet Potatoes<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>20 g Parmesan, grated<\/em><br><em>100 g Spelt Flour&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Sauce:<\/em><br><em>300 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">Tomato Sauce from this recipe<\/a><\/em><br><em>100 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>100 g Sour Cream<\/em><br><em>Some chopped Basil Leaves<\/em><br><em>some Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Pinch the sweet potatoes with a fork and roast them on a baking tray at 200 C for 45 minutes until soft. Let cool slightly.<\/em><br><em>Scrape the potatoes out of their skin and mash it with a fork. Now add all the other ingredients and knead to a not too sticky dough. Roll finger thick rolls and cut into small pieces. I did not roll them on the traditional wooden tool for gnocchi, but I marked them with the meat tenderizer. For once they will look a bit different.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For the sauce chop the garlic and fry with the bacon bits in a deep pot. Add the tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sour cream, chopped basil leaves and mix well. Season to taste.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Meanwhile cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water until the float. Drain them and add them to the sauce.
