Aber das muss nicht sein. Ich habe ein Schinken-Kaese Brot kreiert, in dem der Schinken und Kaese in den Teig eingearbeitet ist. Schmeckt super und passt ganz toll zu Grillwaren, kalten Fleischplatten, als Zwischenverpflegung. Ich benuetze aber fuer meine Brote fast nie normales weisses Mehl, sondern dunkles oder gemischtes Mehl. Hier war es eine Packung Mehrkornmehl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Under the name Ham and Cheese Bread most people understand a Sandwich. But it doesn&#8217;t have to be a Sandwich. I created my own ham and cheese bread by including ham and cheese into the dough. It tastes wonderful and fits well to grilled meats, cold cuts and as a snack. I hardly ever use white flour for my breads, mostly I use dark flours. This time I had a multi-grain mixture.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/pab8-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Schinken-Kaese Brot\" class=\"wp-image-2176\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">550 g Mehrkorn-Mehl<br>1 TL Zucker<br>12 g Trockenhefe<br>1 TL Salz<br>50 ml Milch<br>40 g Butter<br>ca. 160 ml Wasser oder mehr<br>2 Eier<br>1 EL Salatkraeuter<br>220 g Schinken<br>100 g geriebener Cheddar Kaese<br>1 TL gehackter Knoblauch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz mischen, dann den Zucker mit der Trockenhefe zugeben.&nbsp;Die Milch mit dem Wasser und der Butter aufwaermen und dann langsam ins Mehl einrieseln lassen. Alles mit der Kuechenmaschine verkneten lassen und dabei den gehackten Schinken, den gehackten Knoblauch, den geriebenen Kaese und den Beutel Salatgewuerz zugeben und mitkneten. Den Teig mit einem Tuch zugedeckt 1-1.5 Stunden gehen lassen.<br>Den Ofen auf 20 C vorheitzen. Danach den Teig auswallen und in Rechtecke schneiden. Diese Rechtecke nun aufrechtstehend in eine gefettete Gugelhopf-Form schichten.<br>Das Brot bei 220 C Grad 10 Minuten anbacken, dann bei 200 C Grad nochmals 25-30 Minuten fertig backen. Das Brot kann warm oder kalt serviert werden und passt wunderbar zu Grillgut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>550 g&nbsp; Multi-Grain Flour <\/em><br><em>1 tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>12 g Dried Yeast<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>50 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>40 g Butter<\/em><br><em>approx. 160 ml Water or more<\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Salad Herb Mixture<\/em><br><em>220 g Ham<\/em><br><em>100 g grated Cheddar Cheese<\/em><br><em>1 tsp chopped Garlic<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix the flour with the salt, then add the dried yeast and the sugar.&nbsp;Heat the milk with the butter and water just to a hand-warm heat and add to the flour, knead with the kitchen machine and then add the chopped ham, grated cheese, salad seasoning and the garlic. Knead well, then cover with a towel and let rise for 1-1.5 hours. <\/em><br><em>Preheat the oven to 220 C. Roll out the dough and cut rectangles and stand them upright in a greased Gugelhopf \/Bunt-cake&nbsp;form. <\/em><br><em>Bake the bread for 10 minutes at 220 C then turn the heat down to 200 C and bake for another 25-30 minutes. You can serve the bread warm or cold.
