Meine Tochter und ich, beide, mussten je ein Menue kochen aus 5 gegebenen Zutaten. Die Zutaten wurden uns von Kerstin von <a href=\"http:\/\/verbotengut.blogspot.com\/\">Verbotengut<\/a> gegeben und es ist klar, dass Kerstin uns nicht einfache Zutaten gab. Was ist schon eine Challenge ohne challenge! Dabei entstand diese One-Pot schwarze Pasta mit Lachs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Zutaten waren schwarze Nudeln, Fisch, Spinat, Parmesan und Pilze. Fuer mich war klar, dass es ein italienisch angehauchtes Mahl daraus geben soll, so habe ich einfach alles in einen Topf geworfen und es zu einem Pastagericht zusammen gekocht. Heraus kam ein feines Gericht aus Pasta, Gemuesen und Lachs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>A few years ago, on my old blog, I had asked for a challenge. My daughter and I both had to cook a dinner with 5 ingredients. Kerstin from&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/verbotengut.blogspot.com\/\">Verbotengut<\/a>&nbsp;gave us the ingredients. Of course, she didn&#8217;t give us easy ingredients, no way, she really made our challenge a challenge!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Die ingredients were black pasta, fish, spinach, Parmesan and mushrooms. For me it was clear, with these ingredients I need to make an Italian dish. So, I threw them all into one pot and I ended up with a delicious dish of pasta with veggies and salmon.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/cha8-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"One-Pot schwarze Pasta mit Lachs\" class=\"wp-image-2137\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br>80 g schwarze Nudeln<br>120 g Lachs<br>100 g Spinat<br>1 Zwiebel<br>2 Knoblauchzehen<br>1 Buechse gehackte Tomaten Pelati (400 g)<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Oregano und Basilikum<br>etwas Chili<br>400 ml Bruehe<br>3 El Olivenoel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch und die Pilze in Scheiben schneiden, den Lachs in Wuerfel schneiden. Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch, die Pilze, den Spinat, den Lachs und die Teigwaren in einen tiefen Topf geben. Die Buechse Tomaten zugeben, die Bruehe auch und alles gut wuerzen. Das Olivenoel darueber giessen und alles aufkochen.<br>Sobald es kocht, alles zusammen ca 20 Minuten koecheln lassen, dabei dauernd umruehren, damit nichts ankocht. Die Fluessigkeit sollte fast ganz eingekocht werden.<br>Die Teigwaren auf Tellern anrichten und mit Parmesan bestreuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 2 persons:<\/em><br><em>80 g black Noodles (with the ink of the Octopuses)<\/em><br><em>120 g Salmon<\/em><br><em>100 g Spinach<\/em><br><em>1 Onion<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>1 can diced Tomatoes (400 g)<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Oregano and Basil<\/em><br><em>some Chili<\/em><br><em>400 ml Broth<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Slice the onion, garlic, mushrooms and dice the salmon. Put the vegetables with the salmon, the spinach and the noodles into a deep pot and add the can of tomatoes. Add the broth and season well. Sprinkle with the olive oil and bring to a boil, then turn down the heat. Let simmer for approx 20 minutes but stir very often to avoid burning.
