Man spricht vom 14. Jahrhundert, doch ist das noch unklar. Die Legende sagt eben auch, dass sie der Baecker&nbsp;Antonio Brunero 1675 f\u00fcr den an Verdauungsproblemen leidenden Vittorio Amedeo II. von Savoyen erfunden haben. Seit dem 18. JH&nbsp;werden sie maschinell hergestellt, aber die originale Art war von Hand gemacht. &nbsp;Meine sind auch von Hand gemacht und ich habe verschiedene Zutaten darauf benuetzt, wie Chia Samen und Sesam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Grissini are bread-sticks from Torino\/Italy. They say, they have been created in the 14th century, but legend also says, they are from a baker named&nbsp;Antonio Brunero, who in 1675 invented them for Vittorio Amedeo II. von Savoyen, who had in-digestive distress. Since the 18th century they are being made by machine, but mine are handmade. I used some sesame and chia seeds to decorate them.&nbsp;<\/em><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2074 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/griss1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">120 g Weissmehl<br>180 g Vollkornmehl<br>40 g Pastamehl (Semolinastaub)<br>1 Beutel Trockenhefe<br>250 ml warmes Wasser<br>5 El Olivenoel<br>1 Tl Salz<br>etwas Rosmarin<br>etwas Sesam<br>etwas Chia Samen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Trockenhefe im Wasser 10 Minuten stehen lassen, dann die restlichen Zutaten, &nbsp;ausser den Chia Samen und dem Sesam, mit dem Hefewasser gut verkneten.&nbsp;Den Teig 1 Stunde gehen lassen.<br>Den Teig nochmals kurz durchkneten und dann auf ca knapp 1 cm dicke ausrollen. Ich habe mit dem Raviolirad Streifen von ca 1 cm geschnitten, diese dann zusammengefalten und verdreht und dann in den Sesam oder Chia Samen gerollt.&nbsp;Alle Grissini auf ein Backblech geben und bei 200C Grad ca 15-20 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Grissini passen zu allen Antipasti Platten, zu kaltem Fleisch, als Fingerfood und einfach so als &#8220;Z&#8217;vieri&#8221;. Man kann sie auch mit kaltem Fleisch umwickeln oder gar in weichem Kaese tunken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>120 g Bread Flour<\/em><br><em>180 g Wholemeal Flour<\/em><br><em>40 g Pasta Flour (Semolina)<\/em><br><em>1 bag Dried Yeast<\/em><br><em>250 ml warm Water<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>some Rosemary<\/em><br><em>some Sesame Seeds<\/em><br><em>some Chia Seeds<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Soak the dried yeast in the warm water for 10 minutes. Then add all the other ingredients except the sesame and chia seeds. Knead well together, then let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Knead the dough again, then roll it out into a flat shape approx. 1 cm thick. I cut 1 cm stripes with the ravioli wheel and folded each one together and twisted it, then turned it over in either sesame or chia seeds. Put them on a baking tray and bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Grissini fit very well to all kinds of Antipasti, to cold cuts or just like that as a snack.
