Garnelen in Fruehlingsrollenblaettern. Oft hat man noch Garnelen im Tiefkuehlfach; ich habe immer Fruehlingsrollen Wrappers bereit und so ist ganz schnell etwas neues kreiert.<br>Da alles im Ofen gebacken wird, ist dieses Gericht leicht und knusprig! Man kann sie auch im Airfryer backen, da werden sie besonders knusprig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>This is a quick finger-food, or even a starter if served with a salad. Often you might have a bag of frozen prawns in the freezer and I always have some spring-roll wrappers at home. So you can create something nice with them.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>As these prawns are baked in the oven, they are light and crisp!<\/em><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2069 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/ses11-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">200 g mittelgrosse Garnelen, geschaehlt und Vene entfernt<br>ca 2 cm breite Streifen von Fruehlingsrollen Wrappern<br>schwarzer Sesam<br>Oelspray<br>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Garnelen mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Die Fruehlingsrollenstreifen um die Garnelen wickeln, wenn die Garnelen noch etwas feucht sind, klebt der Streifen automatisch daran. Die Garnelen auf ein eingefettetes Backblech legen, mit Oelspray grosszuegig einsprayen und mit dem schwarzen Sesam bestreuen.<br>Im ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 15 Minuten backen.<br>Sie koennen warm oder kalt serviert werden.Wer mag, serviert sie mit Sweet Chili Sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined<\/em><br><em>approx 2 cm wide stripes of Spring-roll Wrappers<\/em><br><em>black Sesame<\/em><br><em>Oil Spray<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Season the prawns with salt and pepper.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Wrap the spring-roll stripes around the prawns.
