Im Sommer gibt es eine Vielzahl an frischem Obst, alle Farben und Formen lachen mich an. So kann man sicher nicht wiederstehen. Doch auch im Winter ist es nun moeglich, so einen Salat herzustellen, viele Fruechte werden ja rund um die Welt geschippert. Normalerweise versuche ich schon saisonal zu kochen, aber manchmal muss es halt sein!<br>Und wenn schon, denn schon, giesse ich noch etwas Likoer oder Schnapps rein. Klar, wenn Kinder dabei sind, begnuege ich mich mit dem Orangensaft, aber so ein bischen &#8220;Kick&#8221; darf bei uns &#8220;Grossen&#8221; ruhig sein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Let&#8217;s make Fruit Salad! During summer we have a&nbsp;multitude&nbsp;of fresh fruits in all colors and shapes.&nbsp;Who can resist? But even in Winter these fruit salads are refreshing. Nowadays it\u2019s no problem to find imported fruits even in the darkest Winter. I try to cook seasonal, but who can resist beautiful fruits?<\/em><br><em>And why not add some liqueur or schnapps? Of course, if you have children at the table, I would only use orange juice, but for us big children I add a little kick!<\/em><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2050 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/fru16-670x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 8 Personen:<br>1 Mango<br>1 handvoll gruene Trauben<br>2 Aepfel<br>2 Bananen<br>2 Kiwi<br>1 Orange<br>5 Aprikosen<br>2 Nektarinen oder Pfirsiche<br>je 50 g Heidelbeere, Himbeeren und Erdbeeren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer die Marinade:<br>1 Orange, den Saft<br>2 TL Zucker<br>100 ml Apfellikoer<br>(oder Kirsch, oder Obstler, oder Maraschino, oder Grand Marnier)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Alle Fruechte auf ca gleichgrgosse Stuecke zerkleinern, je nach Wunsch die Aepfel schaehlen.<br>Den Orangensaft mit dem Zucker und Apfellikoer mischen und dazu giessen.<br>Gut vermischen und im Kuehlschrank 1 Stunde durchziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Tip:<br>&#8211; der Fruchtsalat passt auch wunderbar zu Vanilleeis<br>&#8211; er kann auch mit&nbsp;Merengue&nbsp;serviert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 8 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 Mango<\/em><br><em>1 handful of green grapes<\/em><br><em>2 Apples<\/em><br><em>2 Bananas<\/em><br><em>2 Kiwis<\/em><br><em>1 Orange<\/em><br><em>5 Apricots<\/em><br><em>2&nbsp;Nectarines&nbsp;or Peaches<\/em><br><em>50 g each of Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For the Marinade:<\/em><br><em>1 Orange, the Juice<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>100 ml Apple Liqueur<\/em><br><em>(or Kirsch, or Obstler, or Maraschino, or Grand Marnier)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Cut all the fruits into more or less same size pieces, feel free to peel the apples.<\/em><br><em>Mix the orange juice, sugar and liqueur and pour it into the fruits.
