Schon als Kind liebte ich die Hollaenderschnitten, die wir beim Dorfbaecker kaufen konnten, doch leider gab\u2019s die nur sehr selten. Damals kaufte man nur fuer spezielle Feste beim Baecker ein, normalerweise buk man selber. Meine Mutter machte aber meist Crostata oder Ruehrkuchen, nie Hollaender Torte.<br>Ich habe mehrere Rezepte durchgeforscht und dann etwas rumgespielt und dieses Rezept ist so entstanden. Der Kuchen schmeckt super!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>This cake is one of my favorites; it keeps fresh for several day&#8230; if the cake lasts that long. As a little girl I preferred this cake. My sister loved everything chocolate, but I love almonds much more! On special occasions we could get a small piece from the bakery. My mother never baked this cake, she as an Italian preferred crostata. <\/em><br><em>After checking several recipes of this traditional cake, I ended up with a concoction of all.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/hol7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Hollaender Torte\" class=\"wp-image-2029\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer den Teig:<br>300 g Mehl<br>125 g weiche Butter<br>75 g Zucker<br>1 Ei<br>1 Prise Salz<br>2 EL Milch<br>Abrieb einer Zitrone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">daraus schnell einen Muerbeteig herstellen und 30 Minuten im Kuehlschrank kuehl stellen.<br>2\/3 des Teiges in eine gefettete 26er Backform geben und einen ca 2 cm hohen Rand hochziehen.&nbsp; Der Rest wird fuer das Gitter benoetigt, bitte im Kuehlschrank lagern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1\/2 Glas Aprikosenmarmelade darauf verstreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Fuellung:<br>120 g weiche Butter<br>100 g Zucker<br>150 g gemahlene Mandeln<br>4 Tropfen Mandelaroma<br>3 Eier<br>1 gestrichenen EL Mehl<br>Abrieb einer Zitrone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">alles gut miteinander vermischen und auf die Marmelade geben. Aus dem Rest des Teiges duenne Streifen schneiden und im Gittermuster auf der Fuellung verteilen. Im Ofen bei 180C Grad ca 45 Minuten backen. Ganz auskuehlen lassen und nach Wunsch mit Puderzucker bestreuen. Der Kuchen schmeckt am 2. Tag noch besser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For the dough:<\/em><br><em>300 g Flour<\/em><br><em>125 g soft Butter<\/em><br><em>75 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Milk<\/em><br><em>grated skin of one Lemon<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Quickly make a dough with these ingredients and let rest in fridge for 30 minutes. Put 2\/3 of the dough into a greased pie form and pull up on the sides. the rest of the dough will be needed later, store in the fridge.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Brush with 1\/2 glass of apricot jam.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For the filling:<\/em><br><em>120 g soft Butter<\/em><br><em>100 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>150 g grated Almond<\/em><br><em>4 drops of Almond essence<\/em><br><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><br><em>grated skin of one Lemon<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix everything together and pour onto the jam. Roll out the rest of the dough and cut stripes. Decorate the cake with them.&nbsp;Bake at 180 C for 45 minutes.&nbsp;Let cool the cake and sprinkle with icing sugar.
