Im Yunnan gibt es auch viele interessante Esswaren und ich als Foodie musste nat\u00fcrlich neugierig sein. Deshalb serviere ich jetzt Ziegenk\u00e4se H\u00e4ppchen mit Yunnan Tomate.<br>Gleich bei unserer Ankunft in Kunming wurden wir mit vielen interessanten Teesorten konfrontiert, da war ein kleiner Stand, wo man probieren konnte. Mit am Stand waren kleine getrocknete Beeren, wie ich erst meinte, aber es waren getrocknete Kirschtomaten, die unglaublich gut schmeckten. Den Rest der Reise habe ich auf der Suche nach diesen Tomaten verbracht und habe sie schlussendlich am Flughafen gefunden.<br>Ich wusste sofort, was ich daraus machen will, Ziegenkaese Haeppchen gekroent mit einer dieser Kirschtomaten und das wird zum Apero serviert, wenn wir unsere Chinareise-Zusammenkunft haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I traveled the region of Yunnan in China, a absolutely beautiful region! As a foodie I was very curious about their food. <\/em><br><em>As soon as we arrived at our hotel in Kunming we were offered a variety of teas from the region and I found some dried berries, as I thought until I ate one. It was dried cherry tomato and tasted really good. <\/em><br><em>For the rest of the tour I was hunting for these tomatoes and I found them on the last day at the airport. <\/em><br><em>I knew immediately what I will do with them: a goat cheese mousse on toast topped with a dried cherry tomato!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/ziegk7-1024x741.jpg\" alt=\"Ziegenk\u00e4se H\u00e4ppchen mit Yunnan Tomate\" class=\"wp-image-2004\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Man braucht:<br>kleine Toastbroetchen, Crackers oder wie ich Pita Chips<br>100 g Weicher Ziegenkaese<br>100 g Frischkaese mit Kraeutern<br>20 ml Sahne<br>Paprika und Pfeffer<br>getrocknete Kirschtomaten aus dem Yunnan oder einfach ein Stueck getrocknete Tomate pro Haeppchen<br>Rucolablaetter zur Dekoration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Den Ziegenkaese mit dem Frischkaese und den Gewuerzen gut mischen, evt die Sahne zugeben, bis eine spritzbare Masse entsteht. Dann in einen Spritzbeutel abfuellen und auf die Broetchen spritzen. Mit der Tomate und einem Rucola Blatt dekorieren und servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>You need:<\/em><br><em>some small Toast-bread pieces, Crackers or like me Pita Chips<\/em><br><em>100 g soft Goat Cheese<\/em><br><em>100 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>Paprika and Pepper<\/em><br><em>20 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br><em>dried Cherry Tomatoes from Yunnan or just some pieces of dried Tomatoes<\/em><br>Rocket leaves as decoration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix the goat cheese with the cream cheese and the herbs and add some whipping cream until the cheese can be piped.
