Es war ein sehr lustiger Abend, der bis 3 Uhr fr\u00fch dauerte&#8230; dementsprechend sp\u00e4t wurde heute gefr\u00fchst\u00fcckt. Auf der Party gabs Asiatischer Huehnerfleisch Salat.<br>Das ganze Buffet war asiatisch angehaucht, chinesische, Thai und philippinische Gerichte waren da zu finden. Es hat allen super geschmeckt!<br>Dieser Salat ist asiatisch angehaucht durch die Sauce, die mit Zitronengras und Thai Basilikum gemacht wird. HUehnerfleisch darf auch nicht fehlen, das passt wunderbar dazu. Uebrigens schmeckt dieser Salat auch mit Garnelen, statt Huehnerfleisch, hervorragend! Er schmeckt wirklich super und kann, serviert mit knusprigem Brot, als volles Mahl aufgetischt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Yesterday we had good friends over for a party; they came visiting from Europe. It was a fun evening that lasted into the early hour of the next day. That&#8217;s why we had a very late breakfast today.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>The theme of the buffet was Asian, we had dishes from China, Thailand and the Philippines. It was very tasty!<\/em><br><em>The salad has Asian flavors because of the lemongrass and&nbsp;Thai&nbsp;basil in the&nbsp;dressing. Of course, chicken should be added. But you can also use shrimps instead of chicken, it will be delicious too! It\u2019s so good and served with a crispy bread it can be served as a whole dinner.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/chi11-1024x649.jpg\" alt=\"Asiatischer Huehnerfleisch Salat\" class=\"wp-image-1986\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>1 kleiner Chinesischer Spitzkohl<br>2 Karotten<br>1 rohe Rote Beete\/Rande<br>2 Huehnerbruestchen<br>2 Fruehlingszwiebeln<br>100 g Mandelplaettchen<br>1\/2 Bund Petersilie<br>50 g gehackte kandierte Walnuesse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Dressing:<br>2 El Zucker<br>Saft von 2 Zitronen<br>1 El Thai Fish Sauce<br>2 cm Galangal\/Galgant, Thai Ingwer<br>1 Knoblauchzehe<br>1 Bund Thai Basilikum<br>1 Stengel Zitronengras<br>4 El Oel<br>2 Blaetter der Kaffir Limette<br>1 gruener Chili<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Zutaten fuer das Dressing in einem Blender puerieren, evt etwas Wasser zugeben.<br>Unterdessen die Huehnerbrust mit wenig Sajasauce in einer Bratpfanne braten und auskuehlen lassen. Danach ganz klein schneiden. Den Kohl ganz fein schneiden. Die Karotte in ganz duenne, julienneartige Streifen schneiden.&nbsp;Die Fruehlingszwiebeln hacken. Die Randen auch julienneartig raffeln und in Oel knusprig braten.&nbsp;Die Petersilie hacken.<br>Alle Zutaten zusammen mischen und das Dressing darueber geben. Der Salat sollte ca 30 Minuten durchziehen, dann ist er perfekt! Mit den kandierten Walnuessen bestreuen und servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 small Chinese Cabbage<\/em><br><em>2 Carrots<\/em><br><em>1 raw Beetroot<\/em><br><em>2 Chicken Breasts<\/em><br><em>2 Spring-Onion<\/em><br><em>100 g Almond slivers<\/em><br><em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br><em>50 g chopped candied Walnuts&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Dressing:<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>the Juice of 2 Lemons<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Thai Fish Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 cm Galangal, Thai Ginger<\/em><br><em>1 clove of Garlic<\/em><br><em>1 bunch Thai sweet Basil<\/em><br><em>1 Lemongrass<\/em><br><em>4 tbsp Oil<\/em><br><em>2 Kaffir Lime Leaves<\/em><br><em>1 green Chili<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Put all the ingredients of the dressing in a blender and puree. You might have to add some water.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Meanwhile fry the chicken breasts with a little soy sauce. Let them cool down and then chop them up.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Chop the cabbage finely.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Julienne the carrots.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Chop the spring-onions.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Julienne the beetroot and fry in little oil until crisp.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Chop the parsley.<\/em><br><em>Mix all ingredients together, add the dressing and mix.
