Deshalb habe ich dieses kleine Helferchen gekauft, das aus Zucchini lange Nudeln macht. Doch jede Pasta ist so gut wie seine Sauce, die eingemischt wird und so habe ich Zucchini-Pasta an Zitronen-Parmesan Sauce kreiert, die die Frische des Gemueses so richtig zur Geltung bringt. Leicht, sommerig, frisch, so hat die Pasta dann auch geschmeckt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Almost everyone loves pasta. And if this pasta is mixed with fresh zucchini it&#8217;s even better! That&#8217;s why I bought this little helper, which makes noodles out of vegetables.&nbsp;But every pasta is as good as its sauce! So, I made a sauce mixed with lemon and Parmesan. It gave the pasta the freshness and taste it needed.&nbsp;Light, fresh, summery, that&#8217;s perfect for this pasta!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/zuc15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Zucchini-Pasta an Zitronen-Parmesan Sauce\" class=\"wp-image-1963\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>250 g Spaghetti<br>400 g Zucchini Nudeln<br>20 g Butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Zitronen-Parmesan Sauce:<br>Saft und abgeriebene Haut von 3 Zitronen<br>100 ml Olivenoel<br>50 g Parmesan, gerieben<br>Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Zucchini im Nudelschneider in ca 25 cm lange Nudeln schneiden. Sie in einem Abtropfsieb zur Seite stellen.<br>Ich salze sie nicht, da sie, wenn es nicht uebergrosse Zucchini sind, kaum Wasser verlieren. Wer aber riesige Zucchini nimmt, muss sie salzen, ausdruecken und abtropfen lassen.<br>Die Spaghetti nach Packungsvorschrift in gesalzenem Wasser kochen und abgiessen, dabei 3 EL des Abgiesswassers fuer die Zitrohnensauce reservieren.<br>20 g Butter im Kochtopf schmelzen und die Zucchini mit den Spaghetti darin kurz durchbraten.<br>Die Zutaten der Sauce zusammen mischen und das reservierte Abgiesswasser dazu geben. Sofort ueber die zusammen gemischten Zucchini-Teigwaren giessen und gut vermischen.<br>Heiss servieren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>250 g Spaghetti<\/em><br><em>400 g Zucchini Noodles<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Lemon-Parmesan Sauce:<\/em><br><em>Juice and grated skin of 3 Lemons<\/em><br><em>100 ml Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>50 g Parmesan, grated<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Use the spiral slicer to cut the zucchini into noodles of approx 25 cm length. Put them into a strainer.<\/em><br><em>I do not salt the zucchini, as I use young vegetable, who is not watery. But if you use big zucchini then you will have to salt the zucchini noodles and squish out the water.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Cook the spaghetti as advised on the packaging, then drain them, but reserve 3 tbsp of the cooking liquid for the sauce.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Melt 20 g butter in the pot and fry the zucchini noodles and spaghetti for a short while.<\/em><br><em>Mix all ingredients of the sauce together and add the reserved cooking water.
