Ich mag sie sehr und man kann auch hier wieder sehr kreativ sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Again a quick Italian recipe, made with fresh vegetables or like me, with fresh mushrooms.<\/em><br><em>A Frittata is a mix between omelet and scrambled eggs, or even a&nbsp;crust-less&nbsp;quiche. I love Frittatas; you can be really creative with them.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/frit9-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pilz Frittata\" class=\"wp-image-1938\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br>4 Eier<br>1 Bund Petersilie<br>150 g gemischte Pilze (ich nahm Champignons und Austernpilze)<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Rosmarin<br>etwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Eier aufschagen und wuerzen. Die gehackte Petersilie dazu mischen. Pilze sorgfaeltig reinigen und in Streifen schneiden, dann dazu mischen. Etwas Olivenoel in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen und die Mischung reingiessen. Die Hitze reduzieren und die Frittata zugedeckt ca 7-9 Minuten braten lassen (ich wacklr immer mal wieder an der Pfanne, damit sie nicht anbrennt.) Dann mit Hilfe eines Tellers die Frittata wenden, wieder in die Pfanne gleiten lassen und unbedeckt nochmals 3-5 Minuten braten lassen.\u00a0Heiss servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Tip:<br>Man kann Frittatas auch kalt, in kleine Stuecke geschnitten, als Fingerfood servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>4 Eggs<\/em><br><em>1 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br><em>150 g mixed Mushrooms (I used button mushrooms and oyster mushrooms)<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Beat the eggs with the seasoning, then add the chopped parsley. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices, add them to the egg mixture.&nbsp;Heat some olive oil in a wide frying pan and add the mixture. Cover it, turn the heat down and let fry for 7-9 minutes.
