Ich habe wunderbar frische Forellen Filets erhalten, die gibt es bei uns in Asien nicht. Also habe ich gleich einen ganzen Berg davon gekauft und sie ganz einfach knusprig gebraten.
\nDa meine Familie Fisch genauso liebt wie ich, war der Berg sehr schnell weggegessen!<\/p>\n

Ein Geschichtchen:
\nMeine Mama mochte gerne ganz frischen Fisch und so konnte man frueher oft beim Fischhaendler den noch lebenden Fisch im Aquarium aussuchen, den man dann nachher nach Hause mitnahm, ausgenommen und gesaeubert.
\nEines Tages kam sie mit so einer Forelle nach Hause, den Traenen nahe, da sie diesem Tier das Leben hatte nehmen muessen. Sie packte ihn aus, weinte und warf ihn weg, da sie es nicht uebers Herz brachte, den Fisch, der ihr noch lebend in die Augen geschaut hatte, zu kochen oder gar essen.<\/p>\n

I found wonderful fresh trout fillets, we don’t get them in Asia. That’s why I bought a whole lot of them! I just fried them, very simple, but very crisp!<\/em>
\nAs my family loves fish as much as me, we ate them all!<\/em><\/p>\n

A little story:<\/em>
\nMy mum loved very fresh fish. Here in Switzerland, years ago, you were able to choose the fish, who was still alive, from the fish tank. Then you brought it home cleaned and prepared.\u00a0<\/em>
\nMy mother did that and already on the way home she was on the verge of tears, because she had killed this fish. At home she unpacked it and… through it away. She cried and cried and was not able to cook the fish or even eat this fish, that had looked into her eyes before being killed.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Fuer 4 hungrige Fischliebhaber:
\n8 Forellen Filets mit Haut
\n2 Eier
\nSalz und Pfeffer
\n1 Schuss Worcestershire Sauce
\n4 gehaeufte EL Mehl
\netwas Oel<\/p>\n

Die Fischfilets waschen und trocken tupfen. Die Eier aufschlagen, die Worcestershire Sauce zufuegen und wuerzen. Das Mehl in einen Teller geben. Nun die Fischfilets im Ei wenden, dann im Mehl durchziehen, dabei das Mehl etwas andruecken. Im heissen Oel Zuerst 2-3 Minuten auf der Hautseite braten, dann wenden und nochmals 2-3 Minuten braten. Sofort mit Reis oder Kartoffeln servieren.<\/p>\n

\n8 Trout\u00a0Fillets\u00a0with Skin<\/em>
\n2 Eggs<\/em>
\nSalt and Pepper<\/em>
\n1 spritzer Worcestershire Sauce<\/em>
\n4 heaped tbsp Flour<\/em>
\nsome Oil<\/em><\/p>\n

Wash the fish fillets and dry them with kitchen paper.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>Beat the eggs with the\u00a0Worcestershire\u00a0sauce and the seasoning.\u00a0<\/em>Put the flour into a plate.\u00a0<\/em>Turn the fish fillets over first in the egg mixture and then in the flour.\u00a0<\/em>
\nHeat some oil in a flat pan and fry the fillets skin down for 2-3 minutes, then turn them over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.\u00a0<\/em>Serve hot with rice or potatoes.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
