Sie geben etwas mehr zu tun, denn man muss jedes Teigstueckchen von Hand falten. Aber ich finde, die Arbeit lohnt sich, denn selbstgemachte Pasta schmeckt einfach super!<br \/>\nIch habe Petersilie in den Teig gemacht und die Pasta mit einer Garnelen-Zucchini Sauce mit Safran serviert. Einmal anders, als die uebelichen Tomatenteigwaren. Anscheinend hat es allen gefallen, denn es blieb nichts ueber!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Homemade Farfalle are very easy to do! They are a bit more work, as you need to fold each piece by hand. But\u00a0I think, it&#8217;s worth the effort, because homemade pasta tastes super!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I mixed chopped parsley into the dough and served the pasta with shrimps in a sauce of saffron. A little different than the usual tomato pasta. It seemed to have pleased all, then we had no left-overs!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1825 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/farfalle14-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer den Teig:<br \/>\nFuer 3 Personen:<br \/>\n200 g Hartweizenmehl (Pastamehl)<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>\n2 grosse Eier<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aus den Zutaten einen Pastateig kneten, die Petersilie mit reinmischen und dann unter einer Schuessel 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Teig duenn auswallen, so dass man fast hindurch sieht. Mit einem Raviolirad Streifen von ca 2 cm schneiden, diese dann in ca 5 cm lange Stuecke schneiden. Nun mit den Fingern in der Mitte dieser Stuecke zwei Falten klemmen und gut zusammenklemmen.\u00a0Die Farfalle auf einem bemehlten Geschirrtuch oder einer bemehlten Schale auslegen und leicht antrocknen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die Sauce:<br \/>\n400 g kleine gekochte Garnelen<br \/>\n1 grosse oder 2 kleine Zucchini<br \/>\n1 Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n100 ml Weisswein<br \/>\n100 ml Sahne<br \/>\n1 Beutelchen Safran<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n20 g Butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den gehackten Knoblauch und die gehackte Zwiebel in der geschmolzenen Butter anbraten, dann die in kleine Stifte geschnittene Zucchini zugeben. Alles gut durchbraten. Die gekochten Garnelen zugeben und alles sehr gut wuerzen. Mit dem Weisswein abloeschen und leicht einkochen lassen.\u00a0Die Sahne und den Safran dazu mischen.\u00a0Die Pasta in gesalzenem Wasser ca 8 Minuten kochen, dann abschuetten und mit der Sauce servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the dough:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>For 3 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Durum Wheat Flour (Pasta Flour)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 big Eggs<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead a pasta dough with these ingredients, mix the chopped parsley into it. Cover the dough with a turned-over bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Roll the dough out, it has to be quite thin, so that you can almost see through. With the ravioli cutter cut stripes of 2 cm and then cut the stripes into 5 cm long pieces.\u00a0With your fingers fold two folds into the middle of each piece of dough and pinch it together. Put the farfalle onto a floured towel or a plate and let dry slightly.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>400 g small cooked Shrimps<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 big or 2 small Zucchini<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Bag of Saffron<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt the butter and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Then add the zucchini, cut into thin short pieces (slightly\u00a0bigger than julienne). Fry well.\u00a0Add the cooked shrimps and season well. Add the white wine and let reduce slightly. Add the whipping cream and the saffron, mix well.
