Eines der Gerichte, das vor allem meine Kinder lieben, kenne ich von unserer Haushaltshilfe, die die Kinder unglaublich gerne verwoehnt hat. Sie ist eine Filipina und die haben einfach ein Haendchen fuer Kinder und Familie! Von ihr ist dieses Ginisang Corned Beef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Aury, unsere wunderbare Hilfe, kochte einmal die Woche ein Dinner, so lernte ich sehr viele feine Gerichte kennen und immer wenn wir Eltern weg waren, kochte sie fuer die Kinder. Und eines dieser Gerichte war Ginisang Corned Beef, Katzenfutter, (ja, Ihr habt richtig gelesen!) wie meine Kinder es nannten! Ja, dieses Katzenfutter ist echt gut!! (Ich bin sicher, wenn meine Kinder diesen Eintrag sehen, wollen sie gleich Katzenfutter aufgetischt haben!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The Filipinos have wonderful dishes, they are just not known very well. Or you may have a wrong picture of their kitchen, due to prejudice. One of those dishes is from my helper; she loved the kids as if they were her own and so she liked to spoil them! I tell you, the Filipinos are super with kids and family!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Aury, our wonderful helper cooked once a week dinner and whenever we adults were out, she cooked for the kids. And one of these dishes was Ginisang Corned Beef,&nbsp;Cat Food, as my kids called it!<\/em> <em>Yes, this cat food is really good!<\/em> <em>(I am sure, when my kids read this post, they will ask for cat food!)<\/em> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1795 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/corned5-737x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"737\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 2 Personen: 1 Buechse Corned Beef (450 g) eine Erklaerung zu Corned Beef: es gibt sehr viele Marken hier in Asien, aber wohl die Beste ist Delimondo. Ihr Corned Beef ist nicht versalzen, wie viele andere Marken, und die Dose hat vor allem Fleisch drin und keinen Abfall. Das ist fuer mich sehr wichtig, denn ich will keine Sehnen und Fettstuecke drin haben! Das Fett, das man auf dem Foto sieht, ist Schmalz, das &nbsp;man gut mitkochen kann. Es gibt allem einen wunderbaren Geschmack!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">2 Kartoffeln<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>1 Zwiebel gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>wenig Oel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Kartoffeln schaehlen und in kleine Wuerfel schneiden. Den gehackten Knoblauch und die Zwiebel in wenig Oel anbraten, dann die Kartoffelwuerfel zugeben und gut durchbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Das Corned Beef zugeben und mit braten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Normalerweise wird das Ginisang Corned Beef mit Knoblauch-Reis als Fruehstueck serviert. Ich habe 2 Kartoffeln mehr dazu gebraten und es als Abendessen mit etwas gemischtem Gemuese serviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em> <em>1 can of Corned Beef (450 g)<\/em> <em>some&nbsp;explanation&nbsp;to Corned Beef: there are many brands all around the world, but the best for me is Delimondo. It&#8217;s not salty and the meat is really meat and not some rubbish mixed in. That&#8217;s very important as you want the best food on your table and not some leftover meat&nbsp;pieces&nbsp;from the butcher. You can see on the picture, that this corned beef has some natural pork fat, use it for frying, it gives the dish the perfect taste! &nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>2 Potatoes<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>little Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Peel the potatoes and cube them.<\/em> <em>Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a little oil, then add the cubed potatoes and fry them well.&nbsp;<\/em> <em>Season with salt and pepper.&nbsp;<\/em> <em>Add the corned beef and fry it well.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Normally Ginisang Corned Beef is served with garlic rice as a breakfast.
