Deshalb sollte man sie auch so oft wie moeglich brauchen. Sie sind voller Vitamin C! Ich habe ein feines Orange Mousse damit gemacht, das rutscht auch nach einem schweren Dinner noch wunderbar die Kehle runter. Man kann es uebrigens auch mit Zitronen, statt mit Orangen, oder sogar mit Mandarinen machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>During Winter there are lots of these wonderful juicy oranges. That&#8217;s why you should use them as often as possible. They have a lot of vitamin c! I made this delicious mousse. I guaranty it will even slip down your throat after a heavy dinner. You can actually make this mousse also with lemons or even with mandarins.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/ora7-1024x890.jpg\" alt=\"Orange Mousse\" class=\"wp-image-1792\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 6-8 Portionen:<br>Abreib von 2 Orangen (etwas zur Dekoration zur Seite legen)<br>Saft von 2-3 Orangen (ca 200 ml)<br>1\/2 Pack neutrales Gelatin Pulver<br>50 ml warmes Wasser<br>3 EL Grand Marnier oder Cointreau<br>4 Eigelbe<br>4 Eiweisse<br>70 g Zucker<br>Saft von 1 1\/2 Zitronen<br>250 g Doppelrahm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">2 Orangen gut waschen und trocknen, dann abreiben, dabei darauf achten, dass man den weissen bitteren Teil nicht abreibt. Einen Teil davon als Dekoration in einem geschlossenen Tubberware lagern.<br>3 Orangen halbieren und den Saft auspressen. Dann den Saft durch ein Sieb geben, damit keine Fleischstuecke darin sind. Zur Seite geben.<br>Das Gelatine Pulver im warmen Wasser aufloesen und den Orangenlikoer dazu mischen. Zur Seite geben.<br>Die Eigelbe in eine Glasschuessel geben und in ein Wasserbad legen. Zucker, Zitronensaft und Orangensaft&nbsp; zugeben. Gut vermischen und mit dem Schwingbesen schwingen, dabei die Gelatinemischung dazu giessen. Gut verschlagen. Dann leicht auskuehlen lassen.<br>Den Doppelrahm steif schlagen. In einer zweiten Schuessel die Eiweisse steif schlagen. Zuerst die geschlagene Sahne sorgfaeltig unter die Fruchtsaftmischung heben, dann das Eiweiss.<br>Das Mousse in schoene Glaeser giessen und mit dem zur Seite gestellten Abrieb dekorieren. Mindestens 4 Stunden kalt stellen, ich habe sie ueber Nacht durchkuehlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 6-8 portions:<\/em><br><em>Zest of two Oranges (set aside for decoration)<\/em><br><em>Juice of 2-3 Oranges (approx 200 ml)<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Pack of neutral Gelatin Powder<\/em><br><em>50 ml warm Water<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Grand Marnier or Cointreau<\/em><br><em>4 Egg-yolks<\/em><br><em>4 Egg-whites<\/em><br><em>70 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>Juice of 1 \u00bd Lemon<\/em><br><em>250 ml heavy Cream<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Wash and dry 2 oranges, then zest them (being careful to stop before you reach the bitter white part). Store zest in a covered container and set aside for garnish.<\/em><br><em>Slice 3 oranges in half and squeeze their juice into a bowl. Strain the juice to remove pulp and seeds. Set juice aside.<\/em><br><em>Dissolve the gelatin in the warm water and add the orange liqueur , set aside.<\/em><br><em>Place the egg yolks in a glass bowl and set on a Bain-Marie, add the sugar, lemon juice and orange juice. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Add the gelatin mixture and whisk well.<\/em><br><em>Whip the heavy cream until stiff. In a separate bowl (must be completely free of oil or fat), whip the egg whites until stiff. Fold whipped cream into the cooled orange mixture. Gently fold in the egg whites until blended.<\/em><br><em>Place the mousse in individual bowls or glasses or in a serving bowl. Decorate with the orange zest.
