Wenn es zu sehr brennt, meldet sich zuerst meine Stimme ab (mein Schatz sagt dann immer, iss noch etwas mehr) und danach habe ich Bauchschmerzen. Deshalb mache ich immer etwas mildere Curries, die nicht ganz so sehr brennen. Auch liebe ich Curries mit Kokosmilch! Das habe ich das erste Mal vor ganz vielen Jahren von unserer philippinischen Angestellten vorgekocht bekommen, damals war&#8217;s das philippinische Chicken Curry. Es ist noch immer eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte.<br>Beim heutigen Curry habe ich quer durch aus allen L\u00e4ndern etwas genommen, Gew\u00fcrze aus Indien, Kokosmilch aus Thailand oder Philippinen und ich habe hausgemachtes, getostetes Brot aus Italien dazu serviert. Wer sagt, dass die K\u00fcche langweilig ist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<br><em>I love curries, but for me they should not be spicy. If they burn my vocal cords will shut down, my voice is gone. (my hubby usually tells me then, I should eat some more) And later I will have a stomach ache. <\/em><br><em>That&#8217;s why my curries are never too spicy. I also love coconut milk. A curry with coconut milk was first introduced to my many years ago by our helper from the Philippines. It was the famous Filipino Chicken Curry! It is still one of my favorite dishes!<\/em><br><em>This curry today is a mix from a few countries; seasoning from India, coconut milk from Thailand or the Philippines and crisp toasted handmade bread from Italy. Who said cooking is boring?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/boc5-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"BroccBlum Curry mit Huhn\" class=\"wp-image-1694\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br>1 Broccoli<br>1\/2 Blumenkohl<br>200 g Huehnerbruststreifen<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, in Scheiben geschnitten<br>1\/2 TL Kueminsamen<br>1 TL Koriandersamen<br>1\/2 TL Senfsamen<br>2 gruene Kardamonkapseln<br>1\/2 TL Paprika<br>1\/2 TL Kurkuma<br>1\/4 TL schwarzer Pfeffer<br>etwas Salz<br>400 ml Kokosmilch<br>etwas Oel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Das Oel in einem Topf erhitzen und die Knoblauchscheiben mit den Gew\u00fcrz Samen darin anbraten. Das Fleisch w\u00fcrzen und mit in den Topf geben. Alles gut durchbraten.<br>Den Blumenkohl und Broccoli in kleine Roeschen schneiden und beigeben. Die Kokosnussmilch dazu giessen und alles zusammen ca 30 Minuten koecheln lassen.<br>Heiss mit Reis, oder wie ich, mit getostetem Brot servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 Broccoli<\/em><br><em>1\/2 Cauliflower<\/em><br><em>200 g Chicken Breast stripes<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, sliced<\/em><br><em>1\/2 tsp Cumin Seeds<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Coriander Seeds<\/em><br><em>1\/2 tsp Mustard Seeds<\/em><br><em>2 green Kardamom&nbsp;Pods<\/em><br><em>1\/2 tsp Paprika<\/em><br><em>1\/2 tsp Turmeric<\/em><br><em>1\/4 tsp black Pepper<\/em><br><em>some Salt<\/em><br><em>400 ml Coconut Milk<\/em><br><em>some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sliced garlic together with the seeds. Season the meat and add it to the pan.
