Da es gerade Feigen im Supermarkt gab, dachte ich mir, dass ich die auch mit einbauen kann. Meine Freundin, der ich den Kuchen gebacken habe, meinte danach, das sei der beste Kuchen, den sie je gegessen habe, es blieb auch nichts uebrig. Und das Tollste daran war, dass sie mit ihren Freundinnen bei mir Gugelhopfbacken lernen will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For a BBQ at a friends place I baked a Gugelhupf. As I just had found some figs in the supermarket, I used them too. My friend was so happy, she said, this is the best Gugelhupf she had ever had. Almost nothing was left. And the good thing? She is looking for her friends to join her in a Gugelhupf baking class at my house.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/fei6-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Feigen-Gugelhopf\" class=\"wp-image-1571\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">200 g getrocknete Feigen<br>200 g Sultaninen<br>3 EL Cognac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Feigen auf die selbe Groesse wie die Sultaninen schneiden und alles zusammen 30 Minuten im Cognac marinieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">250 g weiche Butter<br>280 g Zucker<br>350 g Mehl<br>20 ml Milch<br>4 Eigelb<br>4 Eiweiss<br>1 Prise Salz<br>2 TL Vanillezucker<br>2 TL Backpulver<br>Puderzucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die weiche Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig schlagen. Den Vanillezucker zugeben. Die Eigelbe zugeben und mischen. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen und dazu geben. Alles gut mischen und die Milch dazu geben (evt braucht man etwas weniger, je nachdem wie weich der Teig ist.)<br>Das Eiweiss mit der Prise Salz steif schlagen und mit den marinierten Feigen und Sultaninen sorgfaeltig unterheben.<br>Den Teig in eine gut gefettete Gugelhopfform geben und im Ofen bei 170 C Grad 45-50 Minuten backen.<br>Den Gugelhopf ganz auskuehlen lassen, dann mit Puderzucker bestreuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">*************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>120 g dried figs<\/em><br><em>120 g Sultanas<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Cognac<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Cut the figs into the same size as the sultanas and mix them all with the 3 tbsp cognac, let marinate for 30 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>250 g soft Butter<\/em><br><em>280 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>350 g Flour<\/em><br><em>20 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>4 Egg-yolk<\/em><br><em>4 Egg-whites<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Baking Powder<\/em><br><em>Icing Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Beat the soft butter with the sugar until foamy. Add the vanilla sugar. Then add the egg-yolks and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it.
