Deshalb sind solche Desserts, wie dieses Apfel Frischkaese Mousse super fuer Parties. Bei mir wurde das Dessert an einer Geburtstagsparty aufgetischt, deshalb sind auch so viele Glaeschen auf den Bildern. Bei Parties mache ich kleine Portionen, da es dann meist auf einen Dessertbuffet steht. Doch als Dessert fuer ein normales Dinner gibts dann schon etwas mehr. Es schmeckt sehr erfrischend und schmeckt nach noch mehr!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>This is again a very quick recipe, it\u2019s done in just a few minutes and can be made in advance. That\u2019s why desserts like this are perfect for parties. I made mine for a birthday party, you can see lots of small little cups on the pictures. For parties I serve very small portions, because they will be part of a dessert buffet. But for a normal dinner I serve a bigger portion. The mousse is very refreshing and tastes wonderful!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/acm9-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Apfel Frischkaese Mousse\" class=\"wp-image-1506\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer ca 18 kleine Gl\u00e4ser oder 8 normale Portionen:<br>230 g Vollkorn Petit Beures (Butterkekse)<br>150 g L\u00f6ffelbiskuits<br>90 g Butter, geschmolzen<br>3 EL Zitronensaft<br>500 ml Schlagsahne<br>110 g Puderzucker<br>400 g Mascarpone<br>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/12\/apfel-konfituere-apple-jam\/\">Apfelkonfituere<\/a><br>Getrocknete Apfelchips<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Kekse in einem Mixer zerkleinern, dann mit der geschmolzenen Butter gut vermischen. Diesen Teig in den Boden der Gl\u00e4ser dr\u00fccken. Ich habe das bei den kleinen Gl\u00e4sern mit Hilfe eines Flaschenkopfs getan.<br>Die Schlagsahne steif schlagen, dann ca 1\/3 des Puderzuckers dazu geben und nochmals schlagen, bis die Masse gl\u00e4nzt.<br>In einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel den Mascarpone mit dem Zitronensaft, restlichen Puderzucker und der Apfelkonfituere mischen.<br>Danach sorgf\u00e4ltig die Schlagrahmmasse unterheben.<br>Die Moussmasse in die Gl\u00e4ser verteilen und mindestens<br>3 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank fest werden lassen. Ich habe meine \u00fcber Nacht durchgek\u00fchlt.<br>Vor dem servieren mit den Apfelchips dekorieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For approx. 18 small cups or 8 normal Portions:<\/em><br><em>230 g whole-wheat Petit Beures (Butter Cookies)<\/em><br><em>150 g Ladyfinger Biscuits<\/em><br><em>90 g Butter, melted<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br><em>500 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br><em>110 g Icing Sugar<\/em><br><em>400 g Mascarpone<\/em><br><em>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/12\/apfel-konfituere-apple-jam\/\">Apple Jam<\/a><\/em><br><em>Dried Apple Chips<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Blend the cookies to a fine crumb and then mix it with the melted butter. Divide into the small cups and press down. To reach inside the small cups I used the top of a bottle.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Beat the whipping cream until stiff, add 1\/3 of the icing sugar and beat until glossy.<\/em><br><em>In a separate bowl mix the Mascarpone with the lemon juice, icing sugar and apple jam.<\/em><br><em>Add the beaten whipping cream and fold carefully in.<\/em><br><em>Pour into the cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
