Eines meiner Lieblingsrezepte ist<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/09\/05\/finocchio-alla-parmigiana\/\"> Finocchio alla Parmigiana<\/a>. Dieses Rezept ist etwas Aehnliches, aber statt nur Parmesan zu benuetzen, machte ich einen Teig aus Ei und Parmesan. Dann wurde der Fenchel im Parmesanteig im Ofen gebacken.<br>Es geht auch ganz ganz schnell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I love fennel and cook it quite often. This vegetable is very versatile and very tasty. One of my favorite recipe is <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/09\/05\/finocchio-alla-parmigiana\/\">Finocchio alla Parmigiana<\/a>. This recipe here is similar, but I didn&#8217;t just use Parmesan, I made a light batter with it. Then I baked it in the oven, it&#8217;s easy and delicious!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/par15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Fenchel im Parmesanteig\" class=\"wp-image-1395\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>4 Fenchel<br>3 Eier<br>50 g Parmesan, gerieben<br>Paprika<br>2 El Mehl<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>50 ml Sahne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Aus Ei, Mehl, Parmesan und Sahne einen duennen Teig herstellen, gut wuerzen.<br>Die Fenchel putzen, halbieren und im Dampfkochtopf weichkochen. Kurz etwas austrocknen lassen.<br>Dann in eine gebutterte Gratinform geben und deas duenne Teigchen darueber giessen. nochmals mit etwas Reibkaese bestreuen.<br>Im Ofen bei 200 Grad ca 30-40 Minuten ueberbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>4 Fennel<\/em><br><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>50 g Parmesan, grated<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Make a thin batter with eggs, flour, Parmesan, whipping cream and season well.<\/em><br><em>Clean the Fennel, cut it into halves and cook in the pressure cooker until soft. Let it dry for a short while.<\/em><br><em>Put the fennel into a greased gratin dish and pour the batter over them.
