So eine heisse Suppe ist einfach ein herrliches Essen, sie waermt auf und saettigt! Da diese Kartoffel-Gorgonzola Suppe hier als ganzes Mahl gerechnet ist, darf sie auch einiges drin haben! Kartoffeln und Kaese, meine Lieblingszutaten! Man kann aber auch noch Speckwuerfel oder Schinkenwuerfel dazu geben, Karottenstuecke oder Spinat. Ich habe sie an einem kalten, dunklen Winterabend aufgetischt und der ganze Topf war sofort weggegessen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>In Winter one likes to eat soups! Such a hot soup is a delicious meal and very filling. This soup is thought as a whole meal and so you can add more ingredients to it. Potatoes and cheese are my favorite ingredients. But you can add bacon bits, or diced ham, diced carrots or spinach. I made it on a cold and dark winter night and the whole pot was gone in a minute.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/kgs2-1024x845.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1367\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen als ganzes Mahl oder 8 Personen als Vorspeise:<br>20 g Butter<br>2 EL Sonnenblumenoel<br>2 Zwiebeln, grob gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, grob gehackt<br>500 g Kartoffeln, geschaelt und in Wuerfel geschnitten<br>1 Selleriestange, kleingeschnitten<br>200 ml Weisswein<br>1.5 L Gemuesebruehe<br>200 g Gorgonzola<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Muskatnuss<br>Chilipulver<br>50 ml Sahne<br>Etwas gehackte Petersilie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Optional, zur Anreicherung eine oder mehrere dieser Zutaten:<br>150 g Speckwuerfel oder Schinkenwuerfel<br>150 g Rinderhackfleisch<br>150 g Rindergeschnetzeltes<br>2 Karotten kleingeschnitten<br>2 handvoll frische Spinatblaetter<br>1 handvoll Rucola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Butter mit dem Oel in einem tiefen Topf aufheitzen, dann die Zwiebeln und Knoblauchzehen darin gut weichbraten. Kartoffeln und Sellerie dazu geben und kurz braten. Den Wein und sie Bruehe zugeben und 40 Minuten koecheln lassen. Alles gut wuerzen.<br>Dann die Suppe puerieren und wieder in den Topf zurueck giessen. Den Gorgonzola zugeben und darin schmelzen lassen. Dann die Sahne zugeben.<br>Hier kann man knusprig gebratene Speck- oder Schinkenwuerfel, gebratenes Rinderhackfleisch oder Geschnetzeltes, gekochte Karottenwuerfel, oder frischen Spinat oder Rucola zugeben. Ich habe meine vegetarisch gelassen.<br>Die Suppe in Tassen anrichten und mit etwas Petersilie oder gehackten Rucola servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons as a whole Meal or 8 Persons as Starter:<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Sunflower Oil<\/em><br><em>2 Onions, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>500 g peeled and diced Potatoes<\/em><br><em>1 stick of Celery, chopped<\/em><br><em>200 ml White Wine<\/em><br><em>1.5 L Vegetable Broth<\/em><br><em>200 g Gorgonzola<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Nutmeg<\/em><br><em>Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br><em>Some chopped Parsley<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Optional, one or more ingredients that can be added:<\/em><br><em>150 g Bacon bits or dices Ham<\/em><br><em>150 g ground Beef<\/em><br><em>150 g Beef stripes<\/em><br><em>2 diced Carrots<\/em><br><em>2 handful fresh Spinach<\/em><br><em>1 handful Rocket<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Heat the butter and oil in a deep pan and fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the potatoes and celery and fry as well. Add the wine and broth and let simmer for 40 minutes. Season well!<\/em><br><em>Puree the soup and pour back into the pan.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Add the Gorgonzola and let melt. Then add the whipping cream.<\/em>&nbsp;<em>At this stage you can add some crispy fried bacon bits or diced ham, fried ground beef or beef stripes, cooked diced carrots, or fresh spinach or rocket.
