Um ehrlich zu sein, wenn ich sie nur fuer Paella benuetzen wuerde, dann haette ich mir das Geld sparen koennen! Da sie keine Plastikgriffe, wie so viele andere Pfannen, hat, kann man sie im Ofen zum Ueberbacken, Roesten oder gar Backen benuetzen.<br>So habe ich sie auch fuer einen Kartoffel-Pfannen Gratin benuetzt und es war ganz einfach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I have a special Paella pan and use it for far more dishes than just Paella. Honestly, if I would use it only for Paella I would not have bought it! As the pan has no plastic handles, it can be used in the oven for grilling, roasting, gratinee or even for baking.<\/em><br><em>I made a potato gratin in it and it was so easy!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/kpg6-769x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Kartoffel-Pfannen Gratin\" class=\"wp-image-1360\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>1 Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt<br>100 g Speckwuerfel, ganz klein geschnitten<br>etwas Olivenoel<br>100 ml Milch<br>100 ml Sahne<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Muskatnuss<br>Rosmarin<br>800 g festkochende Kartoffeln<br>1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br>1\/2 rote Pepperoni, klein gehackt<br>Reibkaese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Etwas Olivenoel in the Paellapfanne erhitzen und die gehackte Zwiebel, den gehackten Knoblauch und die Speckwuerfel glasig braten.<br>Die Milch und Sahne zugeben und gut wuerzen.<br>Die Kartoffeln direckt mit dem Gurkenhobel in die Pfanne hobeln und gut vermischen. Alle Kartoffeln sollten mit der Fluessigkeit bedeckt sein. Falls es zu wenig ist, noch etwas Milch dazu geben. Die Milch verbindet sich mit der Kartoffelstaerke und wird dann cremig. Deshalb wascht man die Kartoffelscheiben beim Kartoffelgratin NIE!<br>Nun die gehackte Peterzilie und die Pepperoniwuerfel darueber streuen, mit geriebenem Kaese bestreuen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 40-50 Minuten ueberbacken. Heiss servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 Onion, finely chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>100 g Bacon bits<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>100 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>100 ml Cooking Cream<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Nutmeg<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>800 g waxy Potatoes<\/em><br><em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br><em>1\/2 red Capsicum, chopped<\/em><br><em>grated Cheese<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Heat some Olive oil in the pan and fry the onion and garlic with the bacon bits in it.<\/em><br><em>Add the milk and cooking cream and season well.<\/em><br><em>Now grate the potatoes with a thin slicer directly into the pan. Mix well. All the potatoes should be submerged in the liquid, if there is not enough add more milk. The milk will bind with the natural starch of the potatoes and get very creamy. That&#8217;s why you NEVER wash the sliced potatoes when making a gratin!<\/em><br><em>Now add the chopped parsley and the capsicum, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 C for 40-50 minutes.
