Egal ob man eine Sauce tiefgefroren hat und diese schnell auftaut, oder ob man eine schnelle Sauce kreiert, es geht ganz schnell und schmeckt allen.<br>So auch die Spaghetti Carbonara!<br>Aber in vielen Laendern kriegt man komische Saucen als Carbonara aufgetischt! Pilze und Erbsen haben darin nichts zu suchen! Auch ist es keine cremige Rahmsauce! Leider wird das immer wieder rund um die Welt so angeboten, schade, den das ist wirklich keine Carbonara. Sollen sie doch ihre Spaghetti unter einem anderen Namen anbieten, denn Carbonara ist mit Ei und Pancetta gemacht und nicht mit Gemuesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>If you are in a hurry, Spaghetti are the solution! No matter if you use a frozen sauce and quickly defrost it or if you create a quick sauce, it\u2019s a fast process.<\/em><br><em>The same with Carbonara!<\/em><br><em>But in many countries you get a very strange Carbonara. Mushrooms and peas have nothing to do with Carbonara! It\u2019s also not a creamy thick cream sauce! Sadly, this is often served as Carbonara. Why don\u2019t they give their spaghetti a new name? But a real Carbonara is made with egg and pancetta\/bacon and not with vegetables and more!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/nca15-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Spaghetti Carbonara\" class=\"wp-image-1349\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>350 g Spaghetti<br>3 Eier<br>1 Eigelb<br>150 g Speckwuerfeli (oder noch besser, gehackte Pancetta)<br>2 Fruehlingszwiebeln oder 1 kleine halbe Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br>\u00bc Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>50 g geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Den Speck mit den Fruehlingszwiebeln knusprig braten.<br>Unterdessen die Spaghetti nach Packungsanweisung kochen und abschuetten, dabei 1 Suppenschoepfer des Kochwassers zu den Speckwuerfeln geben.<br>Die Eier mit dem Eigelb, der gehackten Petersilie, dem Reibkaese und mit Salz und Pfeffer verschlagen.<br>Gekochten Spaghetti zum Speck in die heisse Pfanne geben und gut vermischen. Die Hitze ausmachen und dann die Eimischung dazu geben. Sofort vermischen und servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<br><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>350 g Spaghetti<\/em><br><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>1 Egg-yolk<\/em><br><em>150 g Bacon Bits (or even better, chopped Pancetta)<\/em><br><em>2 Spring-onion or 1 half small Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>\u00bc Bunch Parsley chopped<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>50 g grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Fry the bacon bits with the spring-onion.<\/em><br><em>Meanwhile cook the spaghetti as advised on the packaging and drain them, but before draining add a soup ladle of the cooking liquid to the frying bacon.<\/em><br><em>Mix the eggs with the egg-yolk, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan and salt and pepper and beat it together.<\/em><br><em>Add the cooked spaghetti to the bacon into the still hot pan and mix well. Take from the heat and add the egg mixture.
