Nichts kann falsch gehen und sie sehen super aus, dank der Silikon-F\u00f6rmchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Normalerweise sind Pralinen nicht so einfach zu machen. Man muss genaue Temperaturen einhalten, die F\u00fcllungen oder Ganache m\u00fcssen stimmen und das Formen ist gar nicht einfach und hinterl\u00e4sst \u00fcberall Schokoladespuren.<br>Das ist hier gar kein Problem, versuchts doch auch! Sie sind nicht nur zu Weihnachten ein tolles Geschenk aus der K\u00fcche!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">***********<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I chose the&nbsp;title&nbsp;&#8220;simple pralines&#8221; because these pralines are fool-proof! Nothing&nbsp;can go wrong by using the silicone praline-cups!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Normally, chocolates are not that easy to make. You have to maintain precise temperatures, the fillings or ganache have to be just right and the molding is not easy at all and leaves traces of chocolate everywhere.<br>That&#8217;s no problem at all here, why not give it a try! Dazu habe ich einfach bunte Sprinkles in die Foermchen getan, damit sie Farbe bekommen.<br>Die dunklen Pralinen sind mit Moccaschokolade mit Moccakrokant gemacht.<br>Man kann aber jede Schokoladenart benuetzen, z.B. Chilischokolade oder einfach ganz schwarze Schokolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Vorgang:<\/strong><br>Die Schokolade im Microwave schmelzen, dabei aber darauf achten, dass die dunkle Schokolade nicht ueber 50 C aufheitzt und die Weisse nicht ueber 45 C. Das heisst, ich habe die Schokolade fuer eine Minute augewaermt und dann mit einem Loeffel gut verrruehrt, so ist alles gut geschmolzen.<br>Die geschmolzene Schokolade in einen Spritzbeutel geben und nun in die Foermchen, die ganz trocken sein muessen, giessen. Die Foermchen nun kurz auf die Arbeitsflaeche klopfen, sofort wird die Schokolade gut verteilt und man muss evt noch nachgiessen.<br>Nun die Pralinen mindestens 4-6 Stunden stehen lassen.<br>Danach die Pralinen von hinten aus den Foermchen druecken und in einer Dose kuehl aufbewahren.<br>Man sollte sie aber nicht im Kuehlschrank lagern!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>You need:<\/em><br><em>200 g Chocolate (see further down)<\/em><br><em>Silicon-Praline molds<\/em><br><em>some chocolate sprinkles, colored sugar sprinkles, coffee beans, Nougat etc.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The white pralines I made with the white cooking chocolate from Dr. Oetker. I poured some colorful&nbsp;sprinkles into the silicone molds for color.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>The dark pralines were made with a mocha chocolate with coffee beans in it.<\/em><br><em>You can use any
