Ich denke, ein wenig Abwechslung stoert nicht. Mein Liebster meint zwar immer, mach nur die Traditionellen, aber dann will er seinen Freunden und Kunden auch noch welche schenken und so reichen die nirgendwohin&#8230;.<br>Also mache ich jedes Jahr ca. 15-20 Sorten Plaetzchen. Einige machen es nicht auf meinen Blog, denn die kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen, aber diese hier, sind erstens leicht und schnell gemacht und zweitens mega lecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>And another traditional Christmas cookie recipe, speculoos cookies!<br>I like to make a few traditional recipes and then a few new ones every year. I think a little variety doesn&#8217;t hurt. My boyfriend always says only make the traditional ones, but then he wants to give some to his friends and customers and so they don&#8217;t go anywhere\u2026.<br>So I make about 15-20 types of cookies every year. Die Milch und Butterstuecke in diese Vertiefung geben und mit einem grossen Messer verhacken. Schnell zu einem Teig kneten und in Klarsichtfolie verpackt im Kuehlschrank 2 Stunden oder ueber Nacht kuehlstellen.<br>Den Teig auf einer Arbeitsflaeche ca 3-4 mm duenn auswallen. Ich habe den Teig mit meinem personifizierten Wallholz verziert. Da steht jetzt &#8220;homemade by Wilma&#8221; drauf.<br>Die Plaetchen auf ein Backblech geben und im vorgeheitzten Ofen bei 180 C Grad 15-18 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For approx. 80 Pieces:<\/em><br><em>500 g Flour<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Baking Powder<\/em><br><em>230 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Cinnamon<\/em><br><em>60 g ground Almond<\/em><br><em>250 g cold Butter, diced<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp Milk<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and the ground almond in a bowl. Make an indentation in the middle&nbsp;and add the milk and butter. With a big knife chop the butter into the flour, then knead it quickly together.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Wrap into cling-foil and let cool in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.<\/em><br><em>Roll the dough out on a work surface to approx 3-4 mm thickness. I decorated mine with my personalized rolling pin. So, the cookies say &#8220;Homemade by Wilma&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Put the cookies onto a baking tray and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 C for 15-18
