So mussten wieder einmal meine Gnocchi mit Auberginen-Zucchini Sauce gemacht werden. Meine Mama war stundenlang in der K\u00fcche, da sie f\u00fcr ganze Armeen kochen musste (b\u00f6se Zungen behaupten, wir haben wie Ausgehungerte gegessen) Da ich nur f\u00fcr 2 Personen kochen musste, war das gar keine lange Sache, sie waren recht schnell gekocht. Wie man Gnocchi selber macht, erkl\u00e4re ich Euch in einem anderen Post, dazu habe ich momentan keine Zeit. Man kann dieses Saucenrezept ja auch zu Pasta oder gekauften Gnocchi servieren. Meine Sauce ist aus Auberginen und Zucchini gemacht!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Sometimes I crave dishes my mother used to cook.&nbsp; So, I needed to have Gnocchi, my favorite dish. My mum used to be in the kitchen for hours, preparing food for an army. (bad tongues would say we ate like an army) As I only had to cook for two, it wasn\u2019t a big work, they were done quickly. I will show you how to make your own Gnocchi in a later post, as at the moment I have hardly time to explain everything. You can actually serve this sauce also with any pasta or store bought Gnocchi. Alles gut durchbraten.<br>Die Tomatensauce dazu geben und alles gut wuerzen.<br>Mindestens 30 Minuten koecheln lassen. Danach mit der Pasta oder den Gnocchi mischen und servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">For 2 Persons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><br><em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br><em>1 Zucchini<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 small red Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>200 ml Tomato Sauce<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Tomato Puree<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the chopped garlic and onion.<\/em><br><em>Dice the eggplant and zucchini into small cubes and add them.<\/em><br><em>Fry everything well.<\/em><br><em>Add the tomato sauce and season well.<\/em><br><em>Let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
