Diesmal habe ich ihn mit Speck und etwas Kaese \u00fcberbacken. Er ist super gut geworden und es schmeckt nach mehr! Ich finde, Rosenkohl ist so vielseitig, man kann ihn \u00fcberbacken, wie ich es hier getan habe, oder grillen, oder als Salat ben\u00fctzen. Ich liebe dieses Winter Gem\u00fcse!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I love Brussels sprouts and could eat them all the time, especially these Brussels sprouts with bacon. This time I baked them with bacon and some cheese. It turned out really well and it tastes like more! I think Brussels sprouts are so versatile, you can bake them like I did here, or grill them, or use them as a salad. Die Butter dazu geben und den Rosenkohl darin durchbraten. Gut wuerzen, dann die Sahne dazu giessen. 2 Minuten koecheln lassen, dann alles in eine eingefettete Gratinschale geben, mit dem Kaese bestreuen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 20 Minuten ueberbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>500 g Brussels Sprouts<\/em><br><em>100 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>20 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br><em>10 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Wash the Brussels sprouts and make a cut into the stem. Cook them in salted water for 4 minutes, then drain them.<\/em><br><em>Fry the bacon and garlic in a wide pan, then add the butter and the Brussels sprouts. Season very well.<\/em><br><em>Now add the whipping cream and let cook for 2 minutes.
