Advent begonnen, mit dem Guetsle-Stress.<br>Dieses Jahr nicht, ich habe bereits begonnen, den wir reisen bald ab nach Europa und mein Liebster will seine Kunden mit meinem Gebaeck begluecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Im Barkuehlschrank fand ich eine einsame Eierlikoerflasche, also musste die benuetzt werden. Es gibt bei diesen Plaetzchen zwei Moeglichkeiten, man kann sie mit etwas Schokolade ueberziehen, dann sehen sie eben aus wie Zuendhoelzer, oder ohne Schokoladeguss lassen. Die Zuendhoelzli schmecken zart und fein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>In Switzerland the Christmas Cookie Marathon has started. I have heard from some friends who have already baked 10 different kinds, but I usually only start after the first advent. &nbsp;<\/em><br><em>This year I started earlier, because we will be leaving for Europe soon. And before that my hubby want\u2019s to give away some of my cookies to his clients. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>In our bar fridge I found a lonely bottle of egg-liqueur and so I tried a new recipe. You have two choices; you can dip one end of the cookies into melted chocolate, then they look like matchsticks. Or you can leave them plain. The cookies are really nice and crumbly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Eierlikoer-Zuendhoelzli\" class=\"wp-image-160822\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_5618-360x240.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer ca 130 Stueck:<br>250 g weiche Butter<br>170 g Puderzucker<br>1 ausgekratzte Vanilleschote<br>400 g Mehl<br>100 g Staerkemehl<br>170 ml Eierlikoer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Butter mit dem Puderzucker und der Vanilleschote weich schlagen, dann Mehl, Speisestaerke und Eierlikoer zugeben und gut vermischen.<br>Den Teig in einen Spritzbeutel mit grosser Tuelle fuellen und ca 5 cm lange Staengeli auf ein Backpapier spritzen. Der Teig ist nicht sehr weich, deshalb braucht das etwas Kraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 15 Minuten backen.<br>Man kann die Staengeli noch mit einem Guss aus geschmolzener Schokolade, Puderzucker mit Zitronensaft, oder Eierlikoer ueberziehen, aber wir finden die Staengeli gut auch ohne Guss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For approx 130 cookies:<\/em><br><em>250 g soft Butter<\/em><br><em>170 g Icing Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Vanilla Pod, Seeds scratched out<\/em><br><em>400 g Flour<\/em><br><em>100 g Cornstarch<\/em><br><em>170 ml Egg-Liqueur<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Beat the butter with the vanilla seeds and icing sugar, then add the flour, starch and egg-liqueur. Mix well.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Fill the dough into a piping bag with a big tulle and pipe approx 5 cm long cookies onto a baking sheet. The dough is not very soft, so it will take some force.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Bake at 180 C for approx 15 minutes.<\/em><br><em>You can decorate the cooking with melted chocolate, an icing made of icing sugar and lemon juice, or egg-liqueur, but we find the cookies taste wonderful even without it.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
