Er ist eher als Belage zu Kaeseplatten gedacht. Passt wunderbar!!! Diese Menge fuellt ca. 4 schoene 300 ml Glaeser, so dass man immer welchenbereit hat. Der Gelee laesst sich ja wie Marmelade gut lagern. Er eignet sich auch super als Geschenk. Gerade jetzt vor Weihnachten, kann man immer ein kleines selbstgemachtes Geschenk gebrauchen! Und er eignet sich noch fuer etwas anderes, aber das erzaehle ich Euch in einem anderen Rezept, seid geduldig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>This port wine jelly is not a jam, but actually, I am sure it taste wonderful on a slice of bread. It is meant to be served with some cheese; believe me, you will love it! It fits so perfect!!! This amount fills approx. 4 nice 300 ml jars, so you can always have some at home. It can be stored like jam, up to 1 year. And it is a wonderful gift from the kitchen! Just now, before Christmas I am always happy for a small gift that I made myself. Sobald&nbsp; der Zucker aufgel\u00f6st ist, durch ein Sieb giessen um die Gew\u00fcrze um die Orange zu entfernen. Nun wieder in den Topf geben und das Pektin einmischen. Nochmals ca 5-8 Minuten kochen lassen. Heiss in saubere Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen und sofort verschliessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Dieser Port Gelee passt herrlich zu jeder K\u00e4seplatte. Es kann wie Marmelade bis zu einem Jahr gehalten werden, wenn angebraucht, bitte im K\u00fchlschrank lagern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=932&#038;action=edit\">Chicken Pate with Port Jelly<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>500 ml Port Wine<\/em><br><em>750 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>Juice of one Lemon<\/em><br><em>2 Oranges, cut into halves<\/em><br><em>5 black Peppercorns<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Coriander Seeds<\/em><br><em>2 Cinnamon Sticks<\/em><br><em>2 Sachets of Pectin<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Bring the port wine, sugar, lemon juice, the oranges and seasoning to a boil. As soon as the sugar has dissolved brush all of it through a sieve to remove the seasoning and fruits. Pour back into the pan and mix with the pectin. Let cook for another 5-8 minutes. pour hot into the clean jars and close tightly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\"
