Ich weiss, in Europa ist Halloween eigentlich nichts, was gross gefeiert wird, obwohl der Ursprung aus Irland stammt.&nbsp;Die letzten Jahre aber haben die Supermarkets gelernt, dass sie damit gut verdienen koennen, indem sie Suesses verkaufen fuer diesen Tag, aber so richtig eingeschlagen hat es wohl nicht.<br>Bei uns in Asien aber wird das schon gefeiert. Wir kennen hier keinen Karneval und darum ist dies die Gelegenheit, sich als Kind (oder Erwachsener) zu verkleiden. Viele Kinder verkleiden sich aber nicht als Tod, Geist oder Skelett, wie es eigentlich sein sollte, sondern als ihren Superhelden, Cowboy oder Prinzessin.<br>Ich habe meine Freunde an eine Halloween Kostuem Party eingeladen, ich bin gespannt, wie die sich ankleiden oder schminken. Ich weiss schon, was ich aus meinem Liebsten mache und sie ich aussehen werde!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Damit wir nicht hungrig feiern muessen, gibt es wie immer ein BBQ und viele feine Sachen dazu. Ein Dessert konnte ich schon vorbereiten, die Bruchschokolade Geister!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I know, Halloween is not really celebrated in Europe, even though it originates from over there; from Ireland actually. The last few years the supermarkets have realized&nbsp;they can make a lot of money by selling sweets for that day! But I think, it&#8217;s not a favorite day with the Europeans.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Here in Asia we celebrate that day! We don&#8217;t know carnival so we use this day to dress up. Kids and adults like to do that, but they don&#8217;t dress as ghosts, skeletons&nbsp;or zombies anymore, as it should be, but as their favorite super hero, cowboy or princess.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>I have invited my friends over for a Halloween Costume Party. I wonder how they will be dressed and made up. I know already what I will make with my hubby and what I will look like!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For my guests to not go home hungry I will as usual prepare a BBQ and one of the sweets I will serve is this ghostly chocolate bark.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/hal15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Halloween Ghost Brittle\" class=\"wp-image-753\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer eine Platte von ca 40\/40 cm:<br>300 g Toblerone<br>200 g schwarze Schokolade<br>100 g weisse Schokolade<br>evt Sprinkles oder anderes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Toblerone und 100 g dunkle Schokolade schmelzen Ich habe es in der Microwelle gemacht, aber nur indem ich kurz gewaermt habe (30 Sekunden) dann gemischt und nochmals kurz in die Microwelle. Man kann aber auch ueber dem Wasserbad die Schokolade schmelzen.<br>Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die geschmolzene Schokolade darauf streichen, sie muss nicht flach sein!<br>Die weisse Schokolade schmelzen und in einen Spritzsack fuellen, ich habe kleine Plastikspritztueten dazu.<br>Die 100 g schwarze Schokolade schmelzen und auch in einen Spritzsack fuellen.<br>Mit der weissen Schokolade kleine gefuellte Kreise formen mit einer langen Schleppe.<br>Mit der schwarzen Schokolade Augen und Mund aufmalen. Zwischen den Geistern koennen Kleckse oder Spinnweben gemalt werden, je nach Wunsch, oder es koennen noch Sprinkles aufgedrueckt werden.<br>Die Schokolade im Kuehlschrank fest werden lassen, dann leicht zerbrechen und servieren.<br>\u200bIn einer verschlossenen Dose halten sie sich ca 1 Woche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For a chocolate bark of approx. 40\/40 cm:<\/em><br><em>300 g Toblerone Chocolate<\/em><br><em>200 g dark Chocolate<\/em><br><em>100 g white Chocolate<\/em><br><em>some Sprinkles&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Melt the Toblerone and 100 g dark chocolate. I did this in the microwave, just use 30 seconds, then mix well, 30 seconds again and it should have melted. Of course you could melt the chocolate also on a bain marie.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the melted chocolate into it. Flatten it but it has not to be perfectly flat.<\/em><br><em>Melt the 100 g dark chocolate and fill it into a piping bag (I used very small ones made from plastic but you could also use small freezer bags)<\/em><br><em>Melt the white chocolate the same way and fill into another piping bag.<\/em><br><em>Now pipe small circles with the white chocolate onto the bark, end in a long string.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Pipe eyes and mouth and small dots to make spiderwebs or so with the dark chocolate.
