Kraeuter lassen sich wunderbar einbacken und so schmeckt es jedesmal anders.<br>Ich habe frischen Rosmarin eingebacken und es ganz einfach in einer schweren Pfanne gebacken. So bleibt das Brot in Form und man kann es gleich aus der Pfanne essen.<br>So ein Focaccia Brot eignet sich wunderbar zu Vorspeisen, Grillwaren, oder einfach so als Beilage zu Braten.<br>Das Rezept ist sehr einfach und das Brot ist mit der Ruhezeit in ca 2.5 Stunden fertig und essbereit.<br>Das Brot ist unglaublich luftig\u00a0\u200bund schmeckt wunderbar,\u00a0wenn es noch warm ist!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Focaccia Bread is quickly done and can be seasoned in many ways. Use herbs, so you can season it differently every time.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>I used fresh rosemary and I baked it in a skillet. The bread will stay round and you can eat it right out of the skillet.<\/em><br><em>A focaccia bread is perfect to starters, like an antipasto plate, BBQ meats, or simply just with a roast.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>The recipe is very simple and the bread is made ready to eat within 2.5 hours.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>The bread is very airy and tastes wonderful; eat it warm, it&#8217;s delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ros7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Rosmarin-Focaccia Pfannen-Brot\" class=\"wp-image-555\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">500 g warmes Wasser<br>1 Pack Trockenhefe (11 g)<br>2 TL Salz<br>2 Aestchen frischen Rosmarin<br>550 g Brotmehl oder Pizzamehl<br>etwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Hefe mit dem warmen Wasser vermischen und ca 150 g Mehl dazu geben. Alles gut verkneten, dann den Rest des Mehles, das Salz und einen Ast des Rosmarins, zerhackt, dazugeben. Alles wieder gut verkneten.<br>Den Teig in eine eingefettete Schuessel geben und mit Klarsichtfolie bedecken. 1 Stunde ruhen lassen.<br>Eine schwere, ofenfeste Pfanne mit Oel einfetten und den Teig in die Pfanne geben. Eine handvoll Mehl ueber den Teig streuen und mit einem Tuch bedeckt 20 Minuten stehen lassen.<br>Unterdessen den Ofen auf 220 C Grad vorheitzen.<br>Etwas Olivenoel ueber den Teig giessen und die restlichen Rosmarinnadeln darueber streuen. Mit einem scharfen Messer Quadrate einschneiden und die Pfanne in den Ofen stellen.<br>Das Brot ca 35-40 Minuten goldbraun backen.<br>Das Brot kann warm oder kalt gegessen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Tip:<br>Das Brot kann auch auf einem Gasgrill indirekt in der Pfanne gebacken werden. So kann man Grillfleisch und Brot direkt auf dem Grill herstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>500 g warm Water<\/em><br><em>1 Pack dried Yeast (11 g)<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>2 twigs fresh Rosemary<\/em><br><em>550 g strong Bread Flour or Pizza Flour<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix the yeast into the warm water and add 150 g flour. Then add the rest of the flour, the salt and the one twig of rosemary, chopped. Knead together.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Put the dough into a greased bowl and cover with cling-foil, let rise for 1 hour.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Grease a heavy ovenproof skillet and put the dough into it. Sprinkle some flour over the top of the bread and cover loosely with a towel, let rest for 20 minutes.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220 C.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Pour a little olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with the rest of the rosemary needles. With a sharp knife cut squares into the dough.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Put the skillet into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.<\/em><br><em>The bread can be eaten warm or cold.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Tip:<\/em><br><em>You can bake the bread in the pan directly on a gas grill.
