Sie wurden in allen moeglichen Farben und mit allen moeglichen Fuellungen aufgetischt. Ich habe meine Gaeste mit blauen Macarons mit einer Lachs-Mousse Fuellung erschreckt. Zuerst waren sie wirklich etwas zoegerlich, denn sie sahen schon etwas komisch aus, aber als sie mal probiert hatten, waren sie nicht mehr zu stoppen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Ein lustiges Fingerfood, das man auch zu Halloween gut auftischen kann!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>A few years ago there was a hype about Macarons! You could suddenly find them everywhere in all colors and with all kind of fillings. I served my guests these blue Macarons with a salmon mousse filling. First they didn&#8217;t really know if they should try, but once they started they could not stop anymore! Yes, I know, they look a bit strange in blue&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>A funny finger-food you can also serve on Halloween!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/lachs11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Lachs Macarons\" class=\"wp-image-532\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Fuer ca 25 Macarons:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">45 g&nbsp;gemahlene Mandeln<br>75 g Puderzucker<br>1 Eiweiss (abgewogen genau 36 g)<br>10 g Zucker<br>Lebensmittelfarbe als Paste oder Pulver benuetzen, nicht fluessig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Mandelpuder und Puderzucker zusammen mischen und durch ein Sieb streichen<br>Eiweiss schlagen, sobald es schaumig wird, 10 g Zucker zugeben und weiter schlagen. &nbsp;Wenn die Masse schoen weiss glaenzt, die Lebensmittelfarbe mit schlagen.<br>Zu dieser Masse in 3 Stufen das Mandel-Puderzucker Gemisch unterheben. Der Teig muss nicht zu duenn, aber auch nicht fest sein<br>Nun den Teig in einen Spritzbeutel fuellen und kleine Rondellen auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech spritzen. Das Backblech ein paar Mal leicht auf den Tisch klopfen, so dass Unregelmaessigkeiten ausgeglichen werden, dann 30 Minuten antrocknen lassen.<br>Dann die Macarons im Ofen bei 140 C Grad ca 12-15 Minuten backen. Das Backpapier sofort vom heissen Blech auf eine kalte Arbeitsflaeche ziehen und alles gut auskuehlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Fuellung:<\/strong><br>1 Buechse Lachs (ca 150 g)<br>100 g Frischkaese<br>80 g Mascarpone<br>Chilipulver<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>etwas getrockneten Dill<br>getrockneten Schnittlauch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Zutaten in einem Blender gut vermischen. In einen Spritzbeutel geben und mindestens 3 Stunden kuehlen.<br>Die Macarons mit dieser Fuellung fuellen und im Kuehlschrank bis zum Gebrauch lagern. Aber bitte nur kurze Zeit, man sollte die Macarons innert einem Tag essen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><em>For approx 25 Macarons:<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>45 g&nbsp;finely ground Almond<\/em><br><em>75 g Icing Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Egg-white (exact weight 36 g)<\/em><br><em>10 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>Food coloring Paste or Powder, don&#8217;t use liquid ones!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix the almond with the icing sugar and brush it through a sieve.<\/em><br><em>Beat the egg-white and as soon as it gets foamy add 10 g sugar. Go on beating until it is all shiny. Now add the food coloring.<\/em><br><em>Then add in three steps the almond-icing sugar mix. The dough should not be thin, but also not hard.<\/em><br><em>Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe small rounds onto a baking paper on a baking tray. Now slightly beat the tray onto the table to smooth out all bumps in the rounds. Let rest for 30 minutes.<\/em><br><em>Bake the Macarons in the oven at 140 C for 12-15 minutes. Slide the baking paper immediately off the hot baking tray onto a cold surface. Let cool!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 can Salmon (ca 150 g)<\/em><br><em>100 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>80 g Mascarpone<\/em><br><em>Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>some dried Dill<\/em><br><em>dried Chives<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mix all ingredients in a blender. Fill into a piping bag and let cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours.<\/em><br><em>Fill the Macarons with the filling and keep them in the fridge until serving time.
