Sie sind fuer manche fuerchterlich sauer, aber sie haben unglaublich viel Vitamin C, Eisen und Kalium.<br>Die Johannisbeeren werden umgangssprachlich oder mundartlich in Norddeutschland Ahlbeere, landschaftlich Gichtbeere, in Schwaben Tr\u00e4uble, in der Pfalz und in S\u00fcdhessen Kanstraube bzw. Gehonstraube, in der&nbsp;Schweiz&nbsp;Tr\u00fcbeli bzw. Meertr\u00fcbeli genannt. In \u00d6sterreich und&nbsp;Altbayern&nbsp;hei\u00dfen sie Ribiseln (abgeleitet von&nbsp;lateinisch&nbsp;<em>ribes<\/em>&nbsp;\u00fcber das gleichlautende&nbsp;italienische&nbsp;Wort).&nbsp;Der Gattungsname stammt vom arabischen&nbsp;<em>rib\u00e2s<\/em>, einer im&nbsp;Libanon&nbsp;wachsenden&nbsp;Rhabarberart, was die mittelalterlichen Botaniker zu&nbsp;<em>ribes<\/em>&nbsp;ver\u00e4nderten.&nbsp;Der Name Johannisbeere leitet sich vom&nbsp;Johannistag&nbsp;(24.&nbsp;Juni) her, um den herum die ersten Sorten reif werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Ich mag sauer, schliesslich macht sauer lustig!<br>Deshalb habe ich diesen Kuchen gebacken. Ich backe sehr selten, den nur fuer uns zwei lohnt es nicht wirklich. Wir essen auch kaum Suesses, also ist es manchmal einfach zu schade dazu. Aber als ich die Truebli sah, da musste ich sie kaufen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Redcurrants are very sour and not everyone loves them! Some find them far too sour to eat. But they have lots of vitamin C, iron and potassium.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I love sour fruits! We have a saying in Switzerland, \u201csour makes happy\u201d, so I keep to that.<\/em><br><em>That\u2019s why I baked this cake! I very seldom bake now, just for the two of us it\u2019s just too much. We also don\u2019t really eat and like sweets so much. But when I saw these redcurrants I could not resist!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/tru16-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Trueblichueche\" class=\"wp-image-516\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer einen ca 22 cm Durchmesser und 5 cm tiefen Kuchen:<br>1 Muerbeteig, ausgerollt auf ca 32 cm Durchmesser<br>500 g Johannisbeeren<br>250 g Quark<br>100 ml Saure Sahne<br>3 Eigelb<br>3 Eiweiss<br>1 Prise Salz<br>200 g Zucker<br>100 g Mandelplaettchen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Den Muerbeteig in die Form geben und an den Seiten hochziehen. Uebergebliebenen Teig abschneiden, ich mache das, indem ich den Teig ueber den Rand lege und mit der Flachen Seite der Messerklinge darueber fahre. Den Teigboden ein paar Mal einstechen.<br>Die Mandelplaettchen auf dem Boden verteilen.<br>Die Eiweiss mit der Prise Salz steiff schlagen.<br>Den Quark mit der Sauren Sahne mischen, Zucker dazu geben und gut verruehren, dann die Eigelb dazu mischen. Nun sorgfaeltig das Eiweiss und die Johannisbeeren darunter ziehen.<br>Die Fuellung in die Kuchenform geben und im Ofen bei 160 C Grad ca 60 Minuten backen.<br>Den Kuchen ganz auskuehlen lassen, dann servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For a round cake dish of 22 cm diameter and 5 cm deep:<\/em><br><em>1 short crust Pastry, rolled out to 32 cm diameter<\/em><br><em>500 g Redcurrants<\/em><br><em>250 g Quark\/Curd<\/em><br><em>100 ml Sour Cream<\/em><br><em>3 Egg-yolk<\/em><br><em>3 Egg-whites<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>200 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>100 g Almond slivers<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Put the short crust pastry into the cake dish and pull it up on the sides. Cut off overhanging pastry; I do it by folding it over the side of the dish and then run the flat blade of a knife over the dish. Pinch the bottom of the pastry with a fork several times.<\/em><br><em>Spread the almond slivers over the bottom.<\/em><br><em>Beat the egg-whites together with the salt until stiff.<\/em><br><em>Mix the curd with the sour cream, add the sugar and mix well. Add the egg-yolks and mix.
