Puff Pastry with Sesame<\/h3>

\n Often, when baking with puff pastry, I have some left-over dough. You don\u2019t need to throw these, you can always use them for small salty pastries. \n

\n\t\tVery important is, you don\u2019t knead together any left-over dough! Put them on top of each other and then roll them out again. Puff pastry will only puff up when put into layers, hence the name puff pastry. If you knead it, it will stick together and not get cooked inside.

\nHere, in this recipe, I had it easy, as I had stripes of left-over pastry. I just brushed them with egg-wash and sprinkled them with roasted sesame. <\/div>\n
