Banana Chocolate Cake<\/h3>

\n For a long time, I could not understand the hype about banana cakes. All children were crazy about Banana Chocolate Cake. Why? I could not understand, because firstly I don’t really like chocolate and secondly, I hate ripe bananas.\n

\n\t\tNow I had some of these (hated) ripe bananas at home and did not want to throw them away. I hate throwing food! That’s why I baked such a banana-chocolate cake. I tried it and I must admit, it is very moist, soft and airy!\n

    125 g Flour<\/p><\/li>\n\t

    60 g Cocoa Powder<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    1 tsp Baking Soda or Baking Powder<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    1\/2 tsp Salt<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    120 g brown Sugar<\/p><\/li>\n

  • <\/i>

    2 Eggs<\/p><\/li>\n\n\t

  • <\/i>

    115 g soft Butter<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    4 ripe Bananas, pureed (approx. 300 g)<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    150 g Chocolate pieces<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    1 TL Vanilla Extract<\/p><\/li>\n\t \n\t \n\t <\/ul>\n\n\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Step 1<\/h4><\/div>\n
    Mix the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, cocoa and salt.\u00a0\nMix the eggs with the brown sugar, then add the soft butter and mix again.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Mash the ripe bananas and mix the vanilla extract with them.\u00a0\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Now add the egg mixture and the bananas to the flour mixture and mix well. Add the chocolate drops.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Bake in the oven at 180 C for 55 – 60 minutes. (please test with a wooden stick!)\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n
