What I copied and who copied from me!<\/h2>\n

Our Event-Group #kochmeinrezept\u00a0 (cook my recipe) <\/a>has had many rounds already! It is a nice event, organized by Volkermampft.<\/a> We get to know each other much better. And you never stop learning! I realize that each time I get a blog through a raffle. I start looking for new ideas, what could I bake or cook and end up with a huge list. Here I will list the recipes I copied and the once my partners cooked or baked.<\/p>\n\n\n

I quickly found this wonderful and gluten-free coconut cake with a delicious pineapple jam<\/a> in it at Kathrin von K\u00fcchentraum und Purzelbaum<\/a>! Katja von Kaffeebohne<\/a> convinced me right away. I found those delicious\u00a0 Wholewheat Sp\u00e4tzle<\/a>, they absolutely had to be on my plate! She says: “Meals together are important events of the day and I’m always shocked when I hear how little families cook and eat together. Children like to help out and are very proud to have helped knead the bread or to have picked the strawberries for the jam themselves. I also think it’s important that my children know that you can have pizza without a delivery service, that fruit and vegetables don’t come shrink-wrapped from the supermarket but grow in the garden and that milk comes from the cow and not from a carton.” And that’s very important to me too!!!”<\/p>\n

I have to say, this was not easy!\u00a0 Petra from Obers trifft Sahne<\/a> has such an array of wonderful recipes, that I had to cook two of them! One is this Tarte Tatin of Shallots<\/a>! There is a lot of good stuff on her blog. For example, the second recipe I cooked, the Cauliflower Balls<\/a>, which then traveled the world, from Germany to Hong Kong, from Hong Kong to India, to South America and so on!<\/p>\n
