BLT-Springrolls ist kurz fuer Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato Springrolls. Sie sind schnell und einfach zu machen, deshalb eignen sie sich sehr gut fuer Parties. Ich habe sie fuer eine Hochzeitsparty gemacht und sie sind alle weg, innert kuerze!
Die Reisgalletten sind einfach zu handhaben und man kann sie ja eigentlich mit allem fuellen, was man moechte. Also lasst eurer Fantasie freien Lauf!

This is a quick and easy Snack or Starter. BLT stands for Bacon Lettuce Tomato. I made them with those rice gallettes from Vietnam.  They are easy to handle and you can fill them with anything. I made them for a Wedding Party and they were gone in n o time.

BLT-Springrolls

Man braucht:
Reisgaletten fuer die Huelle
Romaine Salatblaetter
Speckscheiben, gebraten
Tomatenscheiben
ein paar Blaetter Basilikum
Pfeffer

Die Reisgaletten in kaltem Wasser einweichen, dann auf ein Kuechentuch legen und trocken tupfen.
Nun mit den Zutaten belegen.
Die Galette satt aufrollen, das Reispapier klebt aneinander.
Die Rollen in halb schneiden und servieren.

Dazu kann man etwas Soyasauce oder Chilisauce servieren.

You need:
Rice Galettes – Spring-roll wrapper(from Vietnam)
Romaine Salad leaves
fried Bacon
Tomatoes cut into Slices
some fresh Basil leaves
Pepper

Soak the rice galettes in cold water, then dry them slightly on a kitchen towel.
Now put the ingredients onto it and roll up tightly. The rice paper will stick together.
Cut into half and serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
